    Incorrectly sized shirt

    I recently bought a shirt from this company, but I messed up and got the wrong size. When I realized my mistake, I emailed customer service right away to ask how I could return it. At first, they said it wouldn't be a problem. But when I got the shirt and asked again about returning it, they said I had to take it back to the store it came from, which was hundreds of miles away. Even though their website said returns could be done by post, they told me no. We exchanged a bunch of emails, but they just ignored my concerns, leaving me feeling frustrated and tricked. The shirt was not great quality for the expensive price of £60, so the whole experience was pretty disappointing. I'm now talking to the ombudsman about the shady way this company does business.

    At first, I was pretty happy with the 3 shirts I bought from this store. Ordering was smooth and customer service seemed good. But then things went downhill fast. Only 2 of the shirts showed up in about 5 days. I called about the missing one and was told it was coming, but days went by with no word or shipping info. I kept calling, but all they said was it'll be shipped with a confirmation, but I never got anything. Now it's been 10 days since I ordered, and I'm out the $89.00 for that third shirt. This is just not cool. I feel cheated and let down by this store.

    I recently bought this huge shirt from this company, and let me tell you, I'm so disappointed with how it turned out. I've been a loyal customer for quite some time now, but after getting a shirt that fits like it's two sizes too big, I'm starting to doubt the quality and trustworthiness of this brand. It seems like I'm not alone in facing this issue, as I've read similar complaints in other reviews. The fact that wrong sizing is a common problem for a company that boasts about their high-quality, pricey shirts is just not right. Despite getting a discount code for my next purchase, I'm not sure if I want to give them another chance. It's frustrating to spend money on something that ends up looking like a tiny tent on me.

    Eh, so as a repeat customer, I thought I'd get my husband 3 new shirts, ya know? But darn, the quality this time around was kinda disappointing. The performance tee was okay, but that Henley shirt felt really cheap and the stitching was off. It was nothing like the ones he already had, and looked nothing like the picture online. Plus, that polo shirt was way shorter in length - like almost 2 inches - and the sleeves were shorter too. The fit was all over the place, and overall the quality just ain't the same as before. It's a real bummer to see this drop in quality from a brand we used to rely on, ya know?

    Purchased two shirts, one medium and one large

    I recently bought two shirts - one medium and one large. The size chart convinced me that they would fit me and my son-in-law. But when the shirts arrived, they were too small. My son-in-law wanted my shirt's design, so we tried to exchange the medium for a bigger size. At the store, they told me I had to pay $21 extra because I bought it during a sale. I felt this was unfair and it left me disappointed. So, I won't be shopping there again.

    Men's pants

    I recently bought a pair of men's pants for my husband from this shop, and we were really let down by the sizing. We ordered a W34L32, and when we got the pants, they were labeled correctly. However, when my husband tried them on, the waist was a surprising 37.5 inches. This difference in sizing was very disappointing and annoying. It's too bad because we've bought shirts from this store before and they were fine. It seems like there's a problem with getting the sizes right, not just at this shop but at other places too. It would be nice to see more stuff made in the USA for better quality and sizing accuracy.

    Fast delivery, deceiving return policy

    If you're thinking you're getting a free return, think twice, eh! Yeah, the clothes might show up quick and the return process might seem easy, but don't get tricked by their promise of free returns. Those supposed 'free returns' end up costing you thanks to a sneaky 'tax' fee they take out for the return postage. Total scam, bud.

    I bought a shirt from this store before and never had any problems returning items. But this time, I had issues at every turn. And to top it off, there was no apology or any kind of goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. It's frustrating because I really like some of their clothes, but this bad experience has put me off using their services again. It seems like their customer service doesn't really care about Canadian customers like me.

    Oversized shirt, poor quality

    I bought the 2XL tall shirt thinking it would be a comfy fit, but the sleeves are way too tight on my forearms. The fabric feels weak and like it could easily rip. Even the body fit isn't as good as I hoped for. Definitely not worth the money I spent.

    Shirts for my sons

    My boys really dig the shirts I got them, so no complaints there on the quality. But man, that website was a total mess to navigate. It was far from user-friendly. The "Billing" and "Shipping" sections were all jumbled up, and after trying to fix them a bunch of times, I just threw in the towel out of sheer frustration. Looking for shirts was a real pain too, 'cause the colors weren't clear unless you zoomed in, and the titles for the shirt styles were way off. It made the whole shopping thing way more annoying than it should have been.

I've been a customer for a while now and never had any issues with my orders until this one.     I bought a couple of shirts from that store, and man, I was really let down. I thought I was being smart by ordering a size up, but those shirts were massive when they arrived. The quality wasn't worth the hefty price tag, and I felt ripped off. I sent the shirts back with the DHL prepaid envelope, but it took forever – three whole weeks – for my refund to show up. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare, and I had to mention the consumer ombudsman just to get things moving.

    So I ordered some clothes online and when they arrived, they didn't fit properly. I sent them back to get my money back. It took a really long time for the clothes to get back to them, but they finally confirmed they received them. However, it's been four months now and I still haven't gotten my refund!
