Incorrectly sized shirt
I recently bought a shirt from this company, but I messed up and got the wrong size. When I realized my mistake, I emailed customer service right away to ask how I could return it. At first, they said it wouldn't be a problem. But when I got the shirt and asked again about returning it, they said I had to take it back to the store it came from, which was hundreds of miles away. Even though their website said returns could be done by post, they told me no. We exchanged a bunch of emails, but they just ignored my concerns, leaving me feeling frustrated and tricked. The shirt was not great quality for the expensive price of £60, so the whole experience was pretty disappointing. I'm now talking to the ombudsman about the shady way this company does business.

Tackle box purchase
I went to this bait shop the other day to buy a tackle box for my upcoming fishing trip. The folks at Karl's Bait & Tackle really knew their stuff and gave me some great advice on which tackle box would work best for me. They had a whole bunch of options to choose from, which was awesome, and I felt good about my choice because of their help. The staff really went out of their way to make sure I had a good time shopping, and I'll definitely be back whenever I need more fishing gear.
