I'm really frustrated with the customer service at this company. I've tried contacting them through emails and social media, but I still haven't gotten a good solution to my subscription problem. And to make things worse, they delete any negative feedback on their app instead of fixing the issues. It shows they don't care much about keeping customers happy or being honest.

I had no problems with shipping, putting it together was easy, and the product is just as they said it would be. The bike is really well-made, except for the wheels/rims which don't seem very sturdy. I decided to add fenders because the bike has spots for them and they make it look even better. The gears shift smoothly and pedaling is a breeze.

So I ordered some clothes online and when they arrived, they didn't fit properly. I sent them back to get my money back. It took a really long time for the clothes to get back to them, but they finally confirmed they received them. However, it's been four months now and I still haven't gotten my refund! It's really frustrating!
