    Mother's Day Flowers

    I got these flowers from my daughters for Mother's Day, but they started wilting after only a couple of days! It was so disappointing because they were supposed to be a special gift. I even took pictures to show how sad they looked. And when I reached out about it, they said I should have complained sooner. Like, how was I supposed to know they would die so quickly? So frustrating! They claim to care about making things right, but all they offered was empty words.

    I purchased some flowers and a plant from the store, but when I got home and looked at the pots, I realized that the tops were trimmed and one was cracked on the side. The peace lily was in rough shape! The moss on top likely hid it all so I didn't see originally. Why don't they use inner pots that actually fit? And the outer pots should be larger to make fitting the inner pots easier. It's frustrating!

    Deluxe bouquet, champagne, and chocolate

    I was so excited when my partner surprised me with a fancy bouquet, champagne, and chocolates from this florist. But when I got the bouquet, it didn't look like the pictures online. I followed the care instructions, cut the stems again, and put them in a vase with fresh water. Sadly, the next day, the flowers started to wilt and looked old. It was really disappointing considering how much money was spent on it. They do have a lot of flowers to choose from, but based on my experience, I wouldn't suggest this place to others.

    Maternity leave bunch of flowers

    I recently bought some flowers to celebrate the end of my maternity leave and my daughter's first birthday. Unfortunately, the flowers showed up a day early, even though I picked a delivery date. To make things worse, half of the flowers started to wilt and look old after only 2-3 days. I was really let down by the flower quality and the delivery timing. Even though the customer service team was helpful and offered to refund the delivery fee, I still haven't seen that money back. They said they couldn't do anything about the flowers because I didn't tell them within 24 hours, which is their policy. They did suggest I could get store credit, but I turned it down since I don't plan on buying from them again after this bad experience. It's annoying that they think flowers should only last for a day.<br><br>Now, it's been three weeks and I'm still waiting for that refund they promised to process. Despite reaching out multiple times, there hasn't been any progress.

    Two bouquets delivery mishap

    The delivery service from this company is just terrible. I ordered two bouquets to be sent to the same address in Notting Hill, and they not only messed up the delivery, but they even pretended to sign for it! I am so disappointed and let down by this whole situation. I was really looking forward to using this company, especially after a good experience at their store in Belgravia, but now I have completely lost trust in their delivery service. I wanted to surprise my female colleagues for International Women's Day, and that plan was totally ruined because of their mistakes. I would recommend that everyone avoid using their delivery service, it's just not worth the risk of them messing up your order.

    Unfortunate birthday flowers

    I recently ordered some birthday flowers for my wife from this company and it ended up being a total disaster. They not only delivered the wrong flowers but also got the card all mixed up with the wrong name on it! I was so shocked at how they could mess up so badly and have such poor customer service. When I called them to sort it out, they said they'd give me £25 in vouchers to make up for it and promised to deliver the right flowers later that day. But come 5pm, still nothing had shown up so I decided to just cancel the whole thing and ask for my money back. I was really disappointed when they tried to deliver the flowers after 7pm, which I declined. And then when I asked for a refund, they said they would only give me back the delivery fee, talking about some weird policies and rules.

    Late flower delivery

    I totally agree with what people were saying about the service at this company. Last week, I ordered flowers for a birthday party, and I asked them to come on the 15th of February in the morning, before noon. But guess what? The flowers didn't come until late in the afternoon! And get this, the tracking said they might take days to arrive, can you believe that? How can they be so casual with something that can spoil so easily? It's just not right, it's not professional. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare, it was so hard to get a refund. I definitely won't be using this company again, that's for sure.

    Our plans for a sweet Mother's Day surprise for my wife went down the drain. We ended up feeling let down and frustrated when the promised delivery didn't show up on time. The excuse of "lack of access" was pretty ridiculous - we live in a regular house with a front porch, after all. The next-day delivery didn't happen either, and we felt ripped off and disappointed. The money we spent on the flowers and delivery wasn't worth all the hassle and letdown we went through.

    Bouquet delivery with incorrect address

    The delivery guy really went the extra mile to make sure my flowers were delivered, even though there was a mix-up with my address. I've been a regular customer and always loved their service, but this time there was a little hiccup. The driver took charge and found the right spot to drop off the flowers. Although the bouquet was on sale, I was a bit bummed to see some bruised roses in there. I would have liked a replacement instead of getting old flowers.

    I had a bad experience with a company recently when I ordered wine and champagne. I got the wrong champagne and a blanc instead of a rose. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times to fix it, but I haven't heard back at all.     I bought a bouquet for Mother's Day from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down. I picked out the regular bouquet on their website, but what actually showed up was nothing like what they advertised.     I bought this really beautiful bouquet for my wife's birthday last week and it looked amazing. But, kinda sad, they didn't last very long even though I tried my best to take care of them. They were pretty much dead after just 5 days. Compared to the flowers you can get at the grocery store, those lasted way longer and cost way less. Definitely not worth the money I spent on them.

    Peonie bouquet disappointment

    I was so disappointed with the peony bouquet I bought from this store. The flowers started wilting after only two days, and within four days there was hardly anything left of the bouquet. On top of that, the bouquet I got looked nothing like the one on the website. When I contacted customer service to complain about the petals falling off, they said I should have let them know within 24 hours. The £20 voucher they offered as an apology doesn't really make me feel confident that the same thing won't happen again if I order from them in the future. Needless to say, I won't be using their service again.

    I had a really bad time with this company, eh. My husband ordered some flowers for Valentine's Day, asking for a morning delivery. He made the order way ahead of time on February 10th, but guess what? The flowers didn't show up on February 14th. When I called to ask about the delay, the receptionist was super rude, wouldn't help, and even hung up on me. Plus, no one bothered to reply to my emails or give me a refund. I would definitely tell other folks to steer clear of this company, for sure.

    I was really let down by my experience at your store. I paid extra for morning delivery for Valentine's flowers, but by 3pm, there was still no sign of my order. After trying multiple times to call your store with no success, I finally got through to someone who told me my order was assigned to a driver but not out for delivery yet. I was surprised when she said they couldn't guarantee a morning delivery, even though I paid extra for it. This seems like false advertising to me. I won't be using your services again and I suggest others look for more reliable and professional florists in London to spend their money on.
