My boyfriend bought two really pretty orchid planters, but they both ended up dying pretty quickly. We tried to get in touch with them and asked them to take a look at the plants, but we haven't heard back from them at all.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day well ahead of time, but they never showed up. I called twice to check, but the person on the phone had no idea where the flowers were. The service was terrible, especially since they promised delivery on the wrong day. I'm really let down by the lack of communication and professionalism. I won't be ordering from here again, that's for sure.

I had a bad experience with a company recently when I ordered wine and champagne. I got the wrong champagne and a blanc instead of a rose. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times to fix it, but I haven't heard back at all. It's frustrating and disappointing that they haven't taken responsibility or showed any care about my issue. I spent a lot of money on that order, so being ignored like this is not okay. It makes me question the company's commitment to making customers happy.
