Oh man, can you believe it? I ordered some birthday flowers for our boss's 40th and got a confirmation email saying they were being prepared. I was so excited for the delivery, but guess what? No flowers on the day we expected them! Then, to top it off, the day after they were supposed to arrive, I got a call and email saying they couldn't be delivered. Are you kidding me? This is just not okay - so unprofessional. If you want your special events to be a disaster, go right ahead and use this unreliable flower delivery service.
Flowers order disaster
I ordered some flowers online and I was really looking forward to it because they promised same-day delivery. But then I got an email saying they couldn't deliver it until the next day. When I called customer service, they told me I missed the deadline for same-day delivery by two hours! It's been almost a whole day now and still no flowers. Such a disappointment, I won't be ordering from them again for sure.

The options were really nice, like very pretty and everything! The price was decent, not too expensive. The website was easy to navigate, I didn't have any trouble finding what I wanted. But, I just hope the flowers turn out nice when they arrive for my wife since this is my first time ordering from here. I usually prefer buying flowers in person, you know?

I ordered some flowers for my Mom, but they never showed up even though it said they were delivered. I contacted Customer Service and they gave me a partial refund, a discount for my next order, and the flowers were re-delivered the next morning. They even confirmed that they were delivered this time.

I ordered some really nice flowers and they looked a bit different than the picture on the website, but still beautiful! It was really easy to place my order and the service was great. The flowers were a bit expensive, but definitely worth it. The delivery was right on time as well!
Basket with Plants for Mother's Day
I wanted to get my mom, who's 93 years old, a nice basket of plants for Mother's Day because she really enjoys taking care of plants. However, what actually showed up was a vase of purple cut flowers, which she absolutely hates. My mom thought it was a prank because she knows how much she dislikes that color. I reached out to the company and asked for the right item or something similar like plants in a basket, but all they offered was a mere $20.05 credit, way lower than the original cost of nearly $60. That was really disappointing for me, and I've decided not to use their service or that florist again. In the future, I'll be sure to call a local florist directly to check exactly what will be delivered.
Flowers for cousin's 80th birthday
I ordered some flowers for my cousin’s 80th birthday in Norway but the company straight up cancelled my order without even giving me a heads up! How rude is that, eh? I only found out 'cause my cousin didn't even call to thank me on her special day. And then they had the nerve to say there were no florists in her area, but I did some digging and found out there are TWO nearby! Not cool at all, man. I'm really ticked off, eh.
Arrangement disappointment
I recently ordered a nice fruit and chocolate arrangement to send to a family who is grieving and has kids. Turns out, when they got back to me, I found out they got a plant and chocolate instead of the fruits and chocolates I specifically picked out. It was annoying to not know about this change beforehand, especially since it wasn't what I wanted at all. Seriously, who gives kids a plant? I am really disappointed and wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

So, let me tell you about the flowers my family in Florida sent me for Mother's Day. They ordered them from a shop in Detroit, but boy, it was a disaster! The flowers arrived all wilted and broken, the roses were squishy, and there wasn't even a liner in the vase like they showed in the picture. I called the flower shop myself, and they said they would send a new arrangement the next day. But you know what? Nothing ever showed up! And now Teleflora won't even refund my daughter's money. It's such a disappointment, really put a damper on the whole day.

I was super excited to surprise my friend with some flowers, but it ended up being a big mess. I placed the order, but then I realized later on that it got canceled without me even knowing. Overall, the service was really bad and I was extremely let down by the whole thing. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone who wants reliable flower delivery.
Premium flower arrangement
So, I ordered this really fancy flower arrangement online, and it was supposed to be 18 inches wide, but when it showed up, it was only like 13 inches wide! That's smaller than the usual size, which is 16 inches! I was pretty disappointed, but when I called to complain, they gave me a 30% refund. I understand it was the local florist's mistake, but they should have better oversight, you know what I mean?
