Little rude, but not deal-breaking. The software itself runs smooth on my machine, catches threats, and hasn’t gotten in the way of daily stuff, which was the whole point for me. So yeah, some kinks in the support flow and the docs need updating, but the switch made sense and my main worries are gone. Would recommend, just be ready to nudge support if something in the instructions doesn’t line up.
