    Security software subscription

    The security software works really well, but their customer service is seriously lacking. I tried reaching out for help on their website a few times, but got no response at all. After trying three times, I just decided to cancel my subscription, even though I'd been a customer for three years. How a company treats their customers really shows what they care about, and the lack of help when I needed it was pretty disappointing.

    Recent software purchase

    After I bought some new software, I ran into a problem where the program decided that good ol' Windows Notepad was actually a virus and kicked it to the curb, leaving me stuck without a text editor on my Windows system. It was pretty annoying, especially since it happened on a bunch of different laptops with a clean Microsoft ISO setup. Turns out it was a mistake, so now I gotta go hunt down a different text editing program.

    Auto renewal charge

    I had a bad experience with an antivirus software that claims to be a top cybersecurity provider. I was not happy with their auto-renewal process. I thought everything was fine after I turned off the auto-renewal on their website a month before my subscription was due to renew. I got an email confirming it, but I didn't really read it carefully. But then, I got charged for a whole year without any notice. When I went back to their website to check my settings, the option to manage my subscription renewal was suddenly gone. The email I got about the charge didn't match what I had cancelled a month earlier. I felt tricked and cheated by this company, so I've decided not to use their services again. It's too bad that a company with such a good reputation would do something so unprofessional.
