The security software works really well, but their customer service is seriously lacking. I tried reaching out for help on their website a few times, but got no response at all. Bitdefender's antivirus software is way too strict, eh? It blocks users from getting into certain files even if you turn off the shields. It's kind of sketchy, like malware, eh? I ended up buying this software and it worked so great. But then I changed my mind and didn't want to keep using it anymore, so I wanted to cancel. I really like this cyber security company, eh? Their customer support is just amazing and their products are really top-notch. They are always working on improving and staying on top of things. I kinda wish their email security also covered Android, but overall, I am super happy with everything they offer, eh?
