Worst experience ever! Ordered Birthday gift box 10 days ahead, with the delivery date specified. Did not get an order confirmation email until I emailed their customer service. The box was not delivered on the day specified. Instead it was delivered two days later, when it was too late for the Birthday greeting. During all that waiting time I was not able to track the order, and customer service was either unresponsive or not helpful if responded. Tried to cancel the order but got no response. Their web site is useless when it comes to order status info, refund request, or cancellation. You can only order and pay your money, and that's all you are allowed to do on their web site! Had to open a dispute with my credit card issuer.
Never again I will be using this company!

The help I got from that guy was amazing. He paid attention, knew what I needed, and acted fast and right. I was really impressed with how professional and quick he was.

I bought this crochet cut out dress that's supposed to be a maxi, but honestly, it's more like a "midaxi" since it only goes to my shin. I'm 5'7 and it's pretty short on me, so if you're taller than 5'2, you might wanna consider before getting this supposed "maxi" dress 😂.

My experience with the wireless speaker system has not been the greatest. Although the speakers sound good when they are connected, it's been a real pain trying to get them connected to Wi-Fi. No matter how many times I update or try to connect, they just keep disconnecting shortly after. I don't think I would suggest buying this system because there are nicer ones out there for a cheaper price. It's kind of annoying that the company hasn't fixed this issue yet, as it's making customers look for other options.

Like, totally not cool, especially in front of my young son, ya know. I was so shocked by how unprofessional and rude they were at the Dublin airport kiosk, ya know. I'm gonna have to make a report to the Better Business Bureau to deal with this issue, eh.
