My order was a neck pillow
I can't believe how useless that neck pillow I bought was! The store owner didn't even care when I told them about it. They just sent me a rude email saying they didn't care. I even offered to help but they didn't want it. How rude is that?
Multiple orders
I keep coming back to this company because they always provide top-notch products and excellent service. I've tried other companies before but none of them compare. The quality and care they put into every order is amazing. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality products.
Surprise gift delivery
This company has the worst customer service, eh? I ordered a surprise gift basket for my buddy's 90th birthday bash, but it showed up on the wrong day. The old-timer found out about the shindig and the surprise was totally busted. When I reached out to customer service, they just didn't care at all and even had the nerve to tell me I should be happy it arrived ahead of schedule. Completely unacceptable and really let me down, eh.
Engraved gift purchase
I was really happy with all the cool engraved gift options and how quickly they got delivered. But, I had a bit of an issue with the engraving part. The 2nd and 3rd letters got mixed up, so make sure to double-check your order before hitting submit. Also, it was tough getting a hold of customer service through email for help. I kept getting error messages saying my email didn't go through, but somehow they still managed to fix the engraving mix-up, so the gift got to the right person in the end. Overall, I liked the gifts and how fast they arrived, but I think they could do better with the engraving and customer service.
$200 gift basket order
I ordered a $200 gift basket to be sent to a business, and I even paid extra for it to be delivered on a certain day. But, it ended up arriving late. When I asked for a refund on the extra fees I paid for the specific date delivery, Gift Tree refused, saying it was just an "estimated date". This whole situation was frustrating and now I've decided not to use their services again.
Fruit and cookie basket
I was super disappointed with the fruit and cookie basket I bought from this company. It didn't look at all like it did on the website - it was way less appealing and hardly filled with any goodies. Instead of a big variety of fruits and yummy cookies, all I got was a couple of fruit pieces and a few cookies at the bottom. It was pretty sad looking and definitely not worth the money I shelled out for it. I could have made a way better basket myself for way cheaper. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.
Overdue gift delivery
I ordered a gift that still hasn't been delivered, even though my friend was home and the person delivering it didn't even ring the doorbell or knock. I called customer service, but they haven't fixed the problem yet.
Late Delivery Issue
I ordered a gift from their website to send to a hospital room, eh, but there were big delays because of a mix-up between the company and UPS. Even though I gave clear instructions for delivery, the gift didn't arrive on time, causing more trouble with the perishable items inside, ya know.
Father's Day gift
I got my old man a present for Father's Day and it was all fancy when it arrived, but it was way smaller than I expected! And the delivery took forever. The chocolates were all melted together in a big mess, but thankfully it was all packaged up so it didn't ruin everything. I only got it because I had a discount, otherwise it would've been way too expensive. I could've made something much better from the dollar store for less cash. But my dad did appreciate the personalized note, so that was nice.
Overripe fruit and damaged crackers and cheese.
I'm sorry, but the fruit I got in my order was too ripe and all mushy, definitely not what I was hoping for. The crackers and cheese looked alright, but the whole thing was a letdown because of the sad state of the fruit. I wasn't happy with how fresh and nice everything looked when I got it.
Gift never arrives or is of lesser value
This is total BS! I ordered a gift from this place and it never came. And when it did, it wasn't even that great. I've been shopping there forever, but this is ridiculous. The manager better step up or they'll be toast like everyone says!
Customized gift basket
My experience with this company was absolutely amazing. The customer service team knew their stuff and got back to me quickly, taking care of all my worries and making sure my gift basket was just right. The products in the basket were top-notch and the way it was presented was flawless. I was really impressed with how much care went into putting together my order. I can definitely say that this was one of the best online shopping experiences I've had in a while.
Gift basket purchase for diabetic and attorney office
My experience with Gift Tree was amazing. I had a really helpful representative who went out of their way to help me choose the perfect gift baskets for a diabetic person and a big lawyer's office. I got a total of 14 baskets, with 13 being the same and one different. Stephanie, the representative, even got me a $20 discount on a $89.99 basket. We kept in touch a lot through email and phone calls to make sure everything was just right. I'm still waiting for the last three baskets to be delivered, but I'm sure they'll come on time. I'm already thinking about ordering more from Gift Tree for Christmas, because I know their service and products are excellent. Overall, a fantastic and easy experience from beginning to end. Thanks!
Choco Basket Nightmare
I ordered a chocolate basket from this company for my cousin in Florida, and when it arrived, all the chocolates were melted. I contacted them about it and they said they were taking care of it and even sent me a new replacement basket. Really impressed with their customer service!
Gift basket delivery
I ordered a gift basket for delivery to a company and the person who got it really liked how it looked and said the stuff inside was fresh and yummy. The crackers, nuts, and treats were all praised for being top quality. The only downside was that it got there on Wednesday instead of Thursday like I asked for. It's usually nice to get things early but I wanted it on Thursday so the right people would be there. Everything else was great though, just a little mix-up with the delivery date.
Stunning gift basket for a loved one
I gotta say, the customer service at this company was amazing! They really kept me in the loop and addressed any delivery issues right away. Wine and treat gift from an overseas sender
I got a message from the person I sent those awesome wines and treats to, saying they were super happy with how everything looked and tasted. I wasn't sure about ordering stuff from overseas at first, but I gotta say, the whole process totally blew me away. Everything I saw on the website was exactly what they got, and it arrived right on time. Huge thanks for going above and beyond, making me one happy customer, and giving me the chance to send awesome gifts to my fam down the road.

Father's Day gift
I recently bought some boozy mini cakes for my husband on Father's Day and I gotta say, I was so happy with the whole thing. Ordering and delivery went really well. The website was easy to use and had lots of choices. The boozy mini cakes were a big hit with my husband - he really enjoyed them!
Best cake ever
OMG! This cake is absolutely amazing! I've ordered cakes online before, but they were always just okay. But this one from GiftTree is on another level! It's super moist and delicious, even after a few days in the fridge. And let's talk about the frosting, it's just the right amount of sweetness, not too much, you know? It also looks so beautiful, I almost didn't want to cut into it, but I couldn't resist and it was heavenly! I'm totally hooked and only ordering cakes from GiftTree from now on!
