    Historical recipes Christmas gift

    I recently received a terrible "Historical Recipes" item for Christmas. It was awful! The recipes were so strange and used ingredients I would never use. I left a review and they responded, saying they would refund me for the missing items. But then they said they wouldn't give me a full refund because I complained too late. What a scam. This company is terrible and only cares about taking people's money. I will never purchase from them again. Horrible product, terrible service. Avoid at all costs!

    Mother's Day gift

    My experience ordering a Mother's Day gift from this company was pretty disappointing. I ordered it on May 7th and paid extra for 2-day delivery so it would arrive by May 9th, right on time. But it's already May 14th and still no sign of the package. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me the package was supposed to be here on May 13th, but the tracking info shows it's delayed until May 15th now. They didn't let me know about these delays until I asked. They did refund the 2-day shipping fee, but not knowing when my gift will actually arrive has me feeling pretty let down. I won't be shopping on this site again, that's for sure.

    Customer Service Assistance

    I had a problem with the chatbot on the website when I was trying to change the time of a class. The link to reschedule wasn't working properly. I tried talking to a customer service rep through the chatbot, but it kept giving me the same answer about fixing Zoom issues for a class that was already happening. No matter what I said, it just kept saying sorry and giving me the wrong information. It was really annoying and didn't help at all.

    OMG, I ordered this really awesome keychain and oh my gosh, it's seriously the best thing ever! The quality is amazing and it looks super cute on my backpack. I had a special request with my order and the customer service was amazing, they were so helpful and nice. And to top it off, my keychain arrived way earlier than I expected, so I was like over the moon! I would absolutely order from here again, no doubt about it.     I recently bought the Sunshine Town Kit and had some questions about how big it is and how many pieces come with it. The details weren't clear in the description, so I decided to give them a call. I left a message and was happy when they called me back the same day with all the information I wanted. I was so happy to hear that the kit is super detailed and you don't need any glue to put it together. I can't wait to give it to my friend and see how it turns out.     I was really looking forward to getting my plant kit and starting to grow my own plants, but when it showed up, there were no plants in it!     Turtle Pond Hanging Bird Baths

    I bought two Turtle Pond Hanging Bird Baths from the online store and when they arrived, they were totally smashed. I was bummed out but I reached out to customer service. Turns out, the person on the other end was super nice and helpful in getting me new ones. The new bird baths showed up in one piece and I was thrilled.     I am so frustrated with the constant backordering problems from this store. It's the holiday season and yet half of what I ordered is already out of stock. Can you believe it? On top of that, one of the items may not even get here on time unless I pay more for faster shipping. It's ridiculous. They need to sort out their inventory, seriously.
