App & PortalI had a problem with the chatbot on the website when I was trying to change the time of a class. The link to reschedule wasn't working properly. I tried talking to a customer service rep through the chatbot, but it kept giving me the same answer about fixing Zoom issues for a class that was already happening. No matter what I said, it just kept saying sorry and giving me the wrong information. It was really annoying and didn't help at all.
