    Art prints

    I don't get why folks are griping about this brand. I've been a faithful customer for 6 years and I've never had any problems with my orders. The art prints are always top-quality, and the shipping is quick. I just placed another order and it's already on its way. There's a ton of cool designs and artists to choose from on this platform, so I always find something special to add to my collection. In my opinion, you should definitely check this brand out before listening to the naysayers.

    Custom items for my room

    I've been shopping at this place for about 2 years now and I seriously can't get enough. Got this cool clock once that started to slow down a bit, but I can't complain about anything else I've bought. Tote bags, bath mats, you name it, I've bought it all. Some folks might say it's a bit pricey, but hey, it's all customized stuff, so obviously it's gonna be pricier. If you're looking for cheap stuff, you're better off checking out somewhere else!

    “Artist struggling to make money”

    Society6 is seriously the worst! I thought I could make some money selling my art there, but they took almost all of it. It feels like they're robbing me! I had to jack up the prices on my prints so high just to make a tiny bit of money, it's so unfair. And now they're asking artists to pay a monthly fee to sell their own products? That's ridiculous. I want to be the one in charge of what my customers receive, not some faceless website. I'm done with Society6 after they gave me next to nothing for my print. 😡

    As a new seller on this platform, I gotta say, my experience has been pretty rough. The fees they charge are crazy high, and us sellers only get a small piece of the pie. Now they want us to pay a monthly fee just to use the site, and they've added shipping fees on top of that. It's frustrating to see them taking advantage of artists who are trying to make a living. That's why I've decided to just delete my account.

    Wall mural purchase

    I just bought a wall mural from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. After coming back from a trip, I opened up the package and the image was all blurry and pixelated, totally useless for what I needed. And even though the product clearly had a defect, the company wouldn't give me a refund because the 30-day return policy had passed. That's just not right - they should own up to their mistakes and take care of their customers. I really wouldn't recommend shopping with this company if you care about quality and good customer service.

    Cream background phone case with rainbows

    I ordered a phone case from this website that had a cream background and a design with rainbows on it. The delivery was fast, but when I got the product, I was really let down by the quality. The print on it was blurry and the colors looked faded and not nice. The cream background was more of a yellow color that looked like it had stains from tobacco on it, which was definitely not what I had in mind. When I tried reaching out to customer service for help, I didn't get any assistance or a solution. Overall, I wouldn't suggest taking a chance on buying anything from this website because they don't seem to care about the quality of their products or giving good customer service.

    Personalized canvas print

    I just bought a personalized canvas print and man, what a letdown! The website is shady, they're using my data all wrong, and there's no way to ditch my account. Like, zero control over my personal info. Plus, the customer support? Non-existent! Nobody's getting back to me or answering my requests. And to top it off, I'm drowning in spam emails from them. Major headache, seriously. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

    Clock, tapestry, tiny art print

    I got this really cool clock online, but when it showed up, it was a bit blurry. It's not the greatest quality, but it was inexpensive so I can't really complain. The tapestry I ordered was super pixelated, but the customer service was quick to refund me. I just wish the resolution was better. The small art print was also really pixelated and low quality. I wouldn't suggest buying from this place if you're looking for good quality items.

    Poster with spelling errors

    I gotta say, I was really let down by this website after buying a poster from them. Supposed to be all about writing, but man, it was full of typos! So aggravating to get something that was clearly not up to par, especially on a topic like writing. And to top it off, I couldn't even get a hold of the seller to fix the problem and get a new poster sent out.

    I had a really tough time talking to the customer service people at this online shop. Even though I mentioned their Amazon payment policy and return options, they weren't helpful at all and didn't try to fix my problem. It was frustrating how they didn't seem to get it or want to help out, and it definitely didn't leave a good impression on me. I won't be buying anything from this store again.

    I really don't understand why they thought adding subscription fees was a good move. It's just going to make customers leave. If they had maybe taken a small cut from earnings, people might have been more okay with it. The way they dealt with the deadline for the changes was so sketchy and unprofessional.

    Order Delayed Shipping

    I recently bought something from this online store and decided to pay more for faster shipping so that I would get my order in time for a special event. However, even though I picked a delivery date, my package was sent out later than they said it would be and ended up showing up several days after the planned day. When I contacted customer service to get some help, they were totally unprofessional and refused to take responsibility for what happened. The person I talked to at first didn't believe me about the shipping choices I made, then seemed all mixed up about the company's rules, and in the end didn't do anything to make up for all the trouble they caused me.
