I ordered a lingerie set online from this store recently, but ran into a big problem with my order. I waited for a while and didn't get any updates on shipping, so I reached out to customer service online to ask about it. Turns out, they cancelled my order without telling me first. I haven't gotten my money back or the order itself, so I'm feeling disappointed and frustrated. It's not cool that they didn't let me know about the cancellation, and I have no idea why they did it. This whole situation has left me unhappy with the company's service.

Takasa tries to paint themselves as a company that cares about people and the environment, but when I recently bought some stuff from them, I was far from impressed. I paid extra for organic stuff, but the sheets and duvet inserts I got were not up to par. The fabric was rough and not even close to being the luxurious experience I was hoping for. To top it off, their customer service was no help at all and didn't seem to know much about what they were selling. It feels like they care more about looking good as a sustainable brand than actually giving good quality and service.

This product was a total letdown. So, it’s supposed to help me find duplicate files, right? Well, I put in all this time indexing my files and when I went to check out the duplicates, nope, couldn’t see them at all. I tried going on the forum to ask for help, but can you believe it? I was like the fourth person asking the same thing and no one bothered to answer me, not even after a whole year! Just crazy.

As a customer of Harvey Nichols, I recently bought a designer handbag. Unfortunately, when I got my order, I was disappointed to see that I got the wrong item. I quickly contacted their customer service team but the responses were slow and they didn't seem urgent to fix the issue. After waiting for days for them to check with their suppliers, I was told that the bag I wanted was already sold out. So, I had no choice but to return the wrong item. Not only was I bothered by their mistake, but I also had to go through the trouble of printing a shipping label and bringing it to a DHL store to return. And the fact that I might not even get a refund for their error just makes it worse. This kind of service is not okay at all, and I would advise others to think twice before shopping at Harvey Nichols in the future.

Fake profiles and scam alerts
I heard about this site called BLANK, supposedly for meeting cool people, but it's a total joke. The profiles are faker than my little brother's excuses for not doing his homework. I've been on there for what feels like forever and still haven't met a real person. And don't even get me started on the alerts - I get a notification every time the same two profiles log on. It's like they think I'm stupid or something. Oh, and get this, I made a second profile just for fun, and people were messaging it even though they hadn't logged on. Pretty sketchy, right? And the best part is, I haven't even paid them a single penny. I mean, seriously, who falls for that kind of nonsense? It's like they think I was born yesterday, but I'm more like, born 10 years ago. LOL.
