So, hey, I was just scrolling through Instagram and this influencer I follow was going on about this strapless bra. She was saying how comfy it was and how you couldn't even see it under clothes, so I was like, "I need to get my hands on that!" I am so disappointed with the service I received from this company. My order didn't show up when they said it would, and on top of that, the customer service has been awful. As per consumer rights, if they don't deliver on time, I should get a refund. I've already reported them to the authorities and will keep doing so until this is sorted out. They haven't been sticking to their own rules, haven't been keeping me informed, and haven't been addressing my complaints in a timely manner. The person I talked to today didn't seem to care about following the law and told me to talk to my bank for a refund - which is totally false. Luckily, I recorded our conversation and have proof of all this going on.

I got my black lace lingerie set in the mail, but it had been opened and some things were missing. It wasn't the store's fault, but I was a bit let down. However, their customer service was amazing!
