I bought some expensive PJs recently, and after just a few days, the material started bubbling up. I reached out to customer service with pictures, but they're giving me a hard time about getting a refund, even though I asked for the PJs to be picked up. All four PJs bubbled up and I didn't even wash them yet. The quality is awful and it feels like a total scam. I won't be buying from them again.

I got this bikini from the store and it was a great experience. It was super easy to buy and came fast. The bikini was really good quality and I was happy with it. But when I tried it on, I needed a different size. Luckily, I could exchange it without extra delivery fees. The whole process went really well and I got my refund quickly. They confirmed the exchange right away and the service was impressive.

So, usually I'm really happy with what I get, but this one time I got the wrong bra. I let them know and they made a huge deal out of it instead of just fixing the mistake. They made me send back the wrong bra and then told me I had to sign up for this VIP thing to get any kind of compensation. All I wanted was the right bra! Now I have to do all this extra stuff because they messed up. Not cool.
