Exchange of sizing for original item
I gotta say, I was super impressed with the customer service I got from the rep at this company. She was really friendly and nice, and she totally understood when I asked to return the item I bought that didn't fit right. Not only did she help me with the exchange super quickly, but she even gave me a discount on the bigger size of the same item that I wanted. I was really blown away by how awesome the customer service was, it went above and beyond what I was expecting and made me feel really happy about my shopping experience.

This upper back support bra has been a real lifesaver for me, eh! After I had spine surgery years ago, my spine started curving up to my neck where the rods end in my thoracic spine. Bought some comfy undies
I bought these really comfy undies and they fit me perfectly! I really like the design, but the fabric was a little scratchy on my sensitive areas. Since I have sensitive skin, I'm hoping it will get softer after a few washes.

I was so bummed about the bodysuit I bought recently. It was supposed to be nice, but the material was super cheap and not cozy at all. And the fit was way off - it didn't even look good on me. Honestly, it felt like a total rip-off. I won't be buying anything else from that company again.

I just bought a lingerie set from this store and it was a good surprise to see that the straps can be adjusted with four different hook and eye options. It wasn't even mentioned in the description, but it fixed the problem of the straps sliding down my shoulders. I'm really satisfied with the product and would definitely suggest it to others.
Small sizes issue
I really like the products, but sometimes the sizing is wrong. I keep getting sizes that are too small. It's annoying because sending them back is a pain, especially here in Canada where I have to pay for the return shipping. It's not great for my bank account.

The lace panties I bought were exactly as described, so lovely and well-made. But I did find them to be a bit on the expensive side. I would totally buy more if they were a bit more affordable.

I got a size small but it's too tight and the leg bands are too loose. I can't return it so now I feel like I wasted my money. I thought it would be better quality but I was wrong. At least it came really quickly.
Full coverage bottom shapewear
I'm so thrilled to have found shapewear that covers everything and doesn't make it obvious that I'm wearing shorts underneath my skirt. It's great for skirts with high slits and keeps everything exactly where it's supposed to be. Other companies really need to level up their shapewear game. Plus, the quality is absolutely amazing!
Non-padded bra with lacking back support
The service at this store is seriously top-notch. They pick up the phone right away and give you all the info you need. But, they gotta work on those product descriptions on the website. I bought a bra with no padding and it didn't have the back support I was looking for.
