CommunicationI ordered a lingerie set online from this store recently, but ran into a big problem with my order. I waited for a while and didn't get any updates on shipping, so I reached out to customer service online to ask about it. Turns out, they cancelled my order without telling me first. I haven't gotten my money back or the order itself, so I'm feeling disappointed and frustrated. It's not cool that they didn't let me know about the cancellation, and I have no idea why they did it. This whole situation has left me unhappy with the company's service.
