    I recently had a problem with a fancy pair of shoes I bought at Harvey Nichols, so I reached out to their customer service for help. Even though the quality of the shoes was disappointing, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and effectively their team addressed my issue. I purchased the shoes in June, but after just three months, they started showing wear and tear, which I found unacceptable considering how much I paid for them. The folks at Harvey Nichols stepped in right away and were able to get the brand involved, leading to a solution where the brand agreed to cover the repair costs. I'm grateful for the efforts of both Harvey Nichols and the brand, but this whole experience has me thinking twice about buying more luxury items from that brand in the future.

Every time I go to the store, she always goes the extra mile to help customers, including me. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and I always left happy with my choices. I even made an appointment for me and my daughter to get our makeup done by Margaret next week. I'm really excited for it because I know we'll get amazing service from her. It's the personal touch that makes a difference, and Margaret is really good at that. I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves for all her hard work.

    The service at this store was amazing, eh? One of the staff members, Ali, really went above and beyond to help me find those black leather heels I was after. Not only did she help me find them, but she also made sure I got them right away with next day delivery. Her hard work and helpfulness made my shopping trip so much better, eh?     I bought this bag from the Harey Nichols website thinking it was authentic, but I was totally mistaken! When the bag arrived, it was all tangled up and had strange foam and tape. When I opened it, the strap broke right off! The zipper was also messed up and there were random threads inside. I had to send it back and now I'm waiting forever to get my money back. Harey Nichols, that's not cool at all. I don't think I'll shop there again. Gucci deserves better, for real.

    Belt exchange denied

    I went to the store the other day to exchange a belt for a smaller size. But they said they couldn't do it because you only have 14 days to make a return. I was pretty disappointed by this, especially since their stuff is so expensive. The belt was brand new, still in the packaging. I just wanted to swap it out, not get a refund. Can you believe that?

    Broken earrings, slow refund

    I bought a pair of earrings from this fancy store, but they ended up breaking after only a few days! I called customer service, and then I had to make the trek all the way to their London store to try to exchange them. The manager there was really rude and told me I couldn't get a refund right away. They said they had to send the earrings back to the brand, and it would take 5 weeks for me to get my money back! It's been over 5 weeks now, and I still haven't heard anything. I even sent them an email to express my complaints, but I haven't received a response! I swear, I'm never shopping there again!

    I bought some pants at this store not long ago and the salesperson told me that loyalty members get free alterations. They told me to come back with my shoes for the fitting, but when I did, they said I had to pay for the alterations. Even though they promised me this service, they didn't keep their word.     Harvey Nichols sent me a bogus perfume that I ordered online. I paid $129 for the Satin Mood scent, but when it arrived, I could tell straight away it was a fake. I sent it back to Harvey Nichols to check, but they said it was real and sent it back to me. I feel like they're trying to pull a fast one on me and I'm not happy with their service. I won't be buying from them ever again. Watch out if you're thinking about ordering from Harvey Nichols online.

    So I bought something from Harvey Nichols and when it showed up, the security tag was still on it. I was pretty annoyed and when I reached out to customer service, they weren't very helpful. All they said was they'd refund the delivery fee and told me to send it back to get the tag off. They didn't even say how long that would take!

    As a customer of Harvey Nichols, I recently bought a designer handbag. Unfortunately, when I got my order, I was disappointed to see that I got the wrong item. I quickly contacted their customer service team but the responses were slow and they didn't seem urgent to fix the issue. After waiting for days for them to check with their suppliers, I was told that the bag I wanted was already sold out. So, I had no choice but to return the wrong item. Not only was I bothered by their mistake, but I also had to go through the trouble of printing a shipping label and bringing it to a DHL store to return. And the fact that I might not even get a refund for their error just makes it worse. This kind of service is not okay at all, and I would advise others to think twice before shopping at Harvey Nichols in the future.
