Memory foam adjustable pillow
Review about: Coop Home Goods
Hey, so I got this memory foam adjustable pillow from this company and I gotta say, it totally changed how I sleep. I used to wake up with a sore neck every morning, but not anymore. Being able to adjust the filling to my liking is just brilliant. And the quality of the materials is top-notch, plus the pillow keeps its shape night after night. I seriously can't see myself going back to a regular pillow after this game-changer.

Flowers and plant
Review about: Moyses Stevens
I purchased some flowers and a plant from the store, but when I got home and looked at the pots, I realized that the tops were trimmed and one was cracked on the side. The peace lily was in rough shape! The moss on top likely hid it all so I didn't see originally. Why don't they use inner pots that actually fit? And the outer pots should be larger to make fitting the inner pots easier. It's frustrating!

I purchased some flowers and a plant from the store, but when I got home and looked at the pots, I realized that the tops were trimmed and one was cracked on the side. Squier Jazz Bass and Acoustic Guitar

This review might make it seem like I'm really into gear, but believe me, I'm just a musician who knows what sounds good. The acoustic guitar I got came with an awesome case, which was a nice extra touch. The sound is amazing, especially for the price. As for the Jazz Bass, I've put a lot of time and effort into it. I've been playing it consistently for over 5 years, making adjustments here and there to get the sound just perfect. Upgraded the bridge and tuning keys, changed out the pickups - now it's a monster on stage.

My time at Harvey Nichols was quite a ride. I bought a piece of clothing online, but was bummed out when it came incomplete. I contacted customer service and they said they would search for the missing part. After waiting six weeks without any updates, I had to bug them for info. The lack of communication was frustrating. They eventually gave me a partial refund, which didn't make up for all the trouble. But then, out of the blue, they stepped up their game. They offered me prosecco and chocolate as an apology for the delay. Today, the missing piece finally arrived, and I have to give credit where it's due - they made it right in the end.

Telus business internet purchase

Oh man, what a mess! I thought the business internet plan was a good idea but boy was I wrong. When I wanted to cancel, they said my contract started right when I signed up, no 30-day grace period like other places. The person who sold me the plan didn't even know what they were talking about. When I asked about canceling, they just told me to call customer service. Telus is a total disaster, I really hope they shut down. Dealing with them is just so stressful and gives me major anxiety.

Quick and easy experience

I had a really good experience with this online vet service. Picking a vet was easy and booking an appointment was convenient. There were some audio problems during the appointment which was annoying, but the vet was super helpful and went out of their way to help with my cat's needs. All in all, I was happy with the service I received.

Dashcam purchase

I recently bought a dashcam and sadly, it stopped working out of nowhere. I had to contact customer support for help. It took them two whole days to get back to me, which was super frustrating. They say they only do customer support through email even though the pandemic in China is over. Their phone number didn't work when I tried calling and the live chat just redirected me to email them. I sent lots of emails, but still haven't gotten a returns label or any solution. I had already registered the warranty but they kept asking for invoices, order numbers, and serial numbers that I already provided. It was a back-and-forth, asking for the same info I already gave them, causing lots of delays and stress. I had to ask for a refund from Amazon in the end since the company wasn't helping at all. Other dashcam brands like Viofo and Vantrue have been way better in terms of quick responses and good communication. The camera might have been decent, but the terrible customer support ruined the whole experience.
