    Squier Jazz Bass and Acoustic Guitar

    This review might make it seem like I'm really into gear, but believe me, I'm just a musician who knows what sounds good. The acoustic guitar I got came with an awesome case, which was a nice extra touch. The sound is amazing, especially for the price. As for the Jazz Bass, I've put a lot of time and effort into it. I've been playing it consistently for over 5 years, making adjustments here and there to get the sound just perfect. Upgraded the bridge and tuning keys, changed out the pickups - now it's a monster on stage.

    FFL licensing program

    I really can't stress enough how amazing the info and help I got from the program was. Brandon over at the company was super helpful and knew his stuff, walking me through everything to get my FFL set up. The program is really well-organized, making sure you don't miss any important details. I actually recommended it to four friends, and now they're all licensed and running their own businesses smoothly. It's honestly a system you can count on to exceed your expectations.

    Quick and easy experience

    I had a really good experience with this online vet service. Picking a vet was easy and booking an appointment was convenient. There were some audio problems during the appointment which was annoying, but the vet was super helpful and went out of their way to help with my cat's needs. All in all, I was happy with the service I received.

    Dashcam purchase

    I recently bought a dashcam and sadly, it stopped working out of nowhere. I had to contact customer support for help. It took them two whole days to get back to me, which was super frustrating. They say they only do customer support through email even though the pandemic in China is over. Their phone number didn't work when I tried calling and the live chat just redirected me to email them. I sent lots of emails, but still haven't gotten a returns label or any solution. I had already registered the warranty but they kept asking for invoices, order numbers, and serial numbers that I already provided. It was a back-and-forth, asking for the same info I already gave them, causing lots of delays and stress. I had to ask for a refund from Amazon in the end since the company wasn't helping at all. Other dashcam brands like Viofo and Vantrue have been way better in terms of quick responses and good communication. The camera might have been decent, but the terrible customer support ruined the whole experience.
