    Trail camera purchase

    Unfortunately, the trail camera I bought from this company was dead when I got it. So, I reached out to customer service and asked for a replacement and a refund for the first order. But then the replacement order got messed up too. The shipping department sent it to the wrong address. They told me to file a claim with the shipping company, but the folks at Rexing didn't give much help. They were slow to respond and gave me wrong info. I've tried a bunch of times to sort things out, but haven't gotten my money back or a new camera. It's been really frustrating. It's like the customer service team doesn't really care.

    I just got a rear video camera from this company and let me tell you, it's the worst dash cam I've ever bought. I bought it from a store and the rear video is always dark, so it's basically useless. I tried contacting customer service by email and phone, but got no response at all. The automated phone system said they'd get back to me within 24 hours, but it's been four days and still nothing. I've completely lost trust in this company and I'm gonna get a new dash cam from a different brand. This one is just a waste of money and space in my car.

    Camera with outdated software

    So, I bought a camera from this company and paid extra for overnight delivery. But when I got it, the software was all out of whack, which they actually knew about beforehand. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were a pain to deal with. Took forever to respond to my emails and they never answered the phone. Their first attempt to fix the issue didn't last long, and the camera kept acting up. After going back and forth with them, they eventually asked for a video of the problem and a picture of the serial number before sending a replacement. The whole process just dragged on and showed a real lack of efficiency. As someone who's bought multiple cameras from them in the past, I was really let down by the service. Now I'm feeling frustrated and thinking about taking my business elsewhere.

    I just bought a dash cam from this company and needed some help with the installation. I tried reaching out to their customer service but got no response, which was frustrating. All I wanted was some guidance before setting it up. It feels like they're great at taking your money but not so great at helping out or answering questions. As a customer, I think it's important to get good service, so their lack of response left me feeling disappointed.

    Dashcam purchase

    I recently bought a dashcam and sadly, it stopped working out of nowhere. I had to contact customer support for help. It took them two whole days to get back to me, which was super frustrating. They say they only do customer support through email even though the pandemic in China is over. Their phone number didn't work when I tried calling and the live chat just redirected me to email them. I sent lots of emails, but still haven't gotten a returns label or any solution. I had already registered the warranty but they kept asking for invoices, order numbers, and serial numbers that I already provided. It was a back-and-forth, asking for the same info I already gave them, causing lots of delays and stress. I had to ask for a refund from Amazon in the end since the company wasn't helping at all. Other dashcam brands like Viofo and Vantrue have been way better in terms of quick responses and good communication. The camera might have been decent, but the terrible customer support ruined the whole experience.
