    Cancelled IHG stay

    I've been with IHG for so long, and I had to cancel my stay like 4 months before my trip. Even though I'm a Gold Member, they still charged me a big fee, which just doesn't seem fair. I ended up booking a different hotel within the same group, but I still got hit with the penalty fee. It's just not cool, you know?

    GMAT study tool

    As someone who had a hard time with the GMAT test and got a low score at first, I got told about a study tool that turned out to be super helpful. It really helped me get how the test is set up, pick up on tricky parts that I missed before. Because of this tool, I boosted my score by over 90 points and got into grad school. I seriously can't recommend this tool enough to anyone getting ready for the GMAT.

    PC fixer software

    This PC fixer software is amazing, eh? I was getting fed up with needing three different programs to manage my computer, but then I stumbled upon this gem that does it all. The tech support person I chatted with was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm really happy I found this software, eh!

    Yellow bag that was supposed to be leather

    So, I ordered this yellow bag online thinking it would be made of leather, but boy was I wrong! It didn't look, feel, or even smell like leather. Plus, the press stud closure wouldn't stay shut. What's the point of a closure that won't close, am I right? And don't get me started on the color! I was expecting a vibrant daffodil yellow, but it was more like a boring mustard yellow in person. On top of that, the delivery took longer than expected and tracking my package was a nightmare. The website directed me to some place called SHOP and claimed my bag was delivered at 6:30 am that morning. Surprise, surprise, nothing was there! After some stress and worry, I called Zatchels and found out the bag was still in production. Why did SHOP give me wrong information? The bag did eventually arrive, but the whole experience left me feeling pretty disappointed overall.

    Paid for two items, only received one

    I recently bought something from this place and let me tell you, it was a disaster. So I ordered two things and they went ahead and charged me right away. But guess what? I only got one of the items in the mail. When I got in touch with customer service, I talked to Julie and Memory, and let me tell you, they weren't much help at all. They just kept saying they didn't have my money and that I should call my bank. But my bank confirmed that the payment had already been made to the merchant. It was so frustrating to be blamed for something that clearly wasn't my fault. Now I'm stuck without the thing I paid for and out of pocket. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare and you can bet I won't be shopping here again.

    Cup ordered in December

    Eh, so I ordered this cup at the beginning of December, you know? And then I didn't get any updates on my order, so I sent them an email asking what was going on. But, you know, they didn't even reply for weeks! So, in January, I was like, "I want a refund" and still didn't hear anything. It took them another two weeks to finally email me back, saying they were working on my order, but then they ended up just giving me a refund. Like, seriously, eh?
