Lost/stolen order

    Frustrating delayed shipment

    I recently went through a really annoying situation with my purchase from this company. I ordered some stuff that they said was in stock, but then found out 6 days later that it's actually out of stock and won't get to me for another 2 months. To make matters worse, the delivery service they use, On-track, is giving me a hard time. On-track, who are contractors and not really part of the company, haven't even picked up my order 5 days after it was supposed to be shipped. In a previous order, I had to deal with a bunch of delays even though I live close by and the weather was good. They promised me faster shipping with UPS, but they ended up going with On-track again, which just caused more delays.

    Online shopping return experience

    I had a pretty bad experience shopping online with this company. I sent back two tops I didn't like using their shipping label, but after three weeks, they said they never got my package. When I contacted them, they just said they never got it. The problem got worse because they use a third-party shipping service (Pitney Bowes) that can take up to 10 days to pick up packages from the post office. They weren't helpful in fixing the issue, and I couldn't even get a hold of Pitney Bowes. So now, I'm out a lot of money with no items or a refund. Plus, the clothes I got from them were not great quality, and the colors didn't match the photos online. I should've listened to the reviews and won't be buying from them again.

    Bag purchase, disappointed

    I'm so grossed out by the bag I got. It was totally filthy, and to top it off, there was someone else's old lip balm and a sealed snack bar inside. Like, seriously? How is that okay? And when I complained, all I got back were these automated messages that didn't even acknowledge the fact that I spent a lot of money on this messed-up bag. It's just not cool. I feel let down and disrespected as a customer. I'm definitely not coming back here ever again.

    Loyalty and disappointment

    As someone who's been a loyal customer of this brand for years, I gotta say, I'm pretty let down by their customer service. I was told I'd get a store credit for a return, but then they went back on their promise, and that just makes me feel like they don't appreciate my business. It's kinda sad to see a brand I've been backing for so long not following through on what they said. From now on, I'll be extra careful when it comes to dealing with them, and I'll definitely think twice before buying anything from them again.

    Dress, arrived late and poor quality

    Eh, I gotta say, my recent shopping experience was a bit of a letdown, eh. So, I ordered this dress from the store, right? And lemme tell ya, it took a whole three weeks to show up, eh. When it finally arrived, I was totally shocked - there were loose threads everywhere and the flowers were falling off. So, I tried to get some help from customer service, but man, talk about frustrating. I must have chatted with at least 10 different people, and each one was as clueless as the last. They told me to send the dress back, but didn't give me all the info I needed for UPS to take it from Europe back to the US, eh. It was a real headache trying to figure it all out since they didn't have their ducks in a row, eh. And get this, they wanted me to pay for the shipping back myself! First, they offered me a measly 20% refund, then dropped it down to 15%, and ended up with just 10%. And to top it all off, two of the reps just straight up ditched our chat when I was trying to explain my problem. Between the dodgy dress quality, the mixed messages from customer service, no return label, and the lack of help overall, I gotta say, I'm super disappointed with how this whole shopping thing went down.

    Comfy sweater

    I ordered this super comfy sweater online and it got here really quick, like in just a few days. It's so soft and cozy, feels like I'm getting a big hug from a cloud whenever I put it on.     I just got this big ol' top from this shop and I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. The top showed up right on time, but it ended up being too huge for me. I shot them an email, and man, they were so helpful and nice about it. They kept me in the loop the whole time and quickly sorted out my return. The app also kept me posted on what was going on with my return. I got all of my money back right on schedule. All in all, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely think about buying from them again. Thanks a bunch.

    I recently made two orders with this company and sadly, both orders have gone missing. I contacted customer service to let them know about the issue, but I wasn't able to get it sorted out. The lack of communication and help from their customer service team was really disappointing. Now I've lost out on both orders and my money, and there doesn't seem to be a solution in sight.

    My buddies and I were kind of nervous about placing an order after hearing some sketchy stuff online, but we said "ah, what the heck" and went for it anyways. It took a hot minute for those clothes we ordered from overseas to show up, but when they did, we were stoked! They were just what we were looking for, so we ended up snagging some more in different shades. Definitely a good call in the end!

    Sparkly shoes for friend's 80th birthday

    I just bought my friend a pair of sparkly shoes for her 80th birthday, but they ended up being too small. I tried to exchange them for a bigger size, but the customer service team was no help at all. My friend is fighting cancer and she was so upset and let down by the way we were treated. It really left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm definitely not shopping there again.

    I recently bought something from this place and let me tell you, it was a disaster. So I ordered two things and they went ahead and charged me right away. But guess what? I only got one of the items in the mail. When I got in touch with customer service, I talked to Julie and Memory, and let me tell you, they weren't much help at all. They just kept saying they didn't have my money and that I should call my bank. But my bank confirmed that the payment had already been made to the merchant. It was so frustrating to be blamed for something that clearly wasn't my fault. Now I'm stuck without the thing I paid for and out of pocket. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare and you can bet I won't be shopping here again.

    Three separate packages for one order

    Man, I gotta say, I was super let down by my recent experience with that company. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but my last order got split up into three different packages. What a pain! When I tried to send the stuff back, it was a nightmare because they all wouldn't fit in one box and each one needed its own barcode from royal mail. So, I reached out for some help from customer service, but they took a whole day to get back to me. And even after I gave them all the info they needed, it's been 6 days and still no word. I had no choice but to ship the items back myself, which ended up costing me almost £18. That kind of customer service is just not cool, and now I'm feeling really let down by the company.

    Terrible return process

    I had such a hard time trying to return this item to the company. The whole process was just a nightmare, there was no info online to help me out. When I asked for help, all they did was give me a phone number to call. It was just so frustrating and took up so much of my time. And even after I got the return form, it was all messed up and didn't meet the customs requirements. So, my return got sent back to me. On top of all that, I had to pay for international shipping, which cost me at least 22 euros. In the end, it just wasn't worth all the hassle.

    Split jeans

    Customer service was seriously lacking when my jeans split in half shortly after I started wearing them. I tried contacting them to see if they could help, but all they said was they only do refunds for items that haven't been worn or washed. It's weird because I've bought other jeans from them before and never had a problem. But this pair was just terrible quality and fell apart after just a bit of wear.

    International order issue

    I ordered something from overseas not too long ago, and let me tell you, it's been a real headache dealing with the order and customer service. I spent over $210 on my purchase, but right after I placed the order, they asked me for some transaction ID, which seemed fishy to me. I tried to figure out who to contact to send the ID, but I got bounced around between different teams and no one seemed to know what was going on. Even though I sent in the info they asked for right away, I haven't heard a peep about my order in nearly a month. The lack of updates, the delays, and getting passed around like a hot potato has just been so frustrating and disappointing.

    I got these pants for $94, but man oh man, they are not worth it at all! I wanted to return them, so I chatted with customer service. They said to ship it back to the US, so I shelled out $14 for shipping and sat back and waited. But guess what? Absolutely nothing happened! I got in touch with customer service once more and they dropped a bomb on me - I was supposed to send it to the UK! I followed their instructions and now they're leaving me hanging. It's just so frustrating!

    Impulse purchase of overpriced clothing

    I was feeling a bit lazy and decided to do some online shopping for some new clothes. After browsing around for a bit, I ended up spontaneously buying some really expensive clothing from this brand. Let me tell you, it was a terrible decision. The quality of the clothes is so bad that I could probably use them as cleaning rags. And don't even get me started on the prices - they're outrageous! It's obvious these items are made in sweatshops, yet they have the audacity to charge $100 for a sweatshirt. As someone who works in the clothing industry, I can easily tell when something is a rip-off. Trust me, this brand is complete garbage. And regarding the pandemic being over, well, that's a whole other conversation.

    Hey there, just wanted to share my recent experience as a loyal customer. So, a while back I bought this piece of clothing in two sizes, and unfortunately had to return one of them about six months ago. Despite me giving them the tracking number, calling multiple times, and sending emails, I ran into a frustrating situation where the company claimed they never got the item back. It took a whole four months before I finally got my refund for the returned item. But here's the kicker - I accidentally chucked out the USPS slip and all the back and forth emails once I thought everything was sorted. Fast forward two months later, and I see that I got charged again for the same returned item. When I asked for a refund, they said no dice because they didn't have the tracking info. This whole ordeal has left me super disappointed and I've decided that this company won't be getting any more of my business.
