Three separate packages for one order
Man, I gotta say, I was super let down by my recent experience with that company. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but my last order got split up into three different packages. What a pain! When I tried to send the stuff back, it was a nightmare because they all wouldn't fit in one box and each one needed its own barcode from royal mail. So, I reached out for some help from customer service, but they took a whole day to get back to me. And even after I gave them all the info they needed, it's been 6 days and still no word. I had no choice but to ship the items back myself, which ended up costing me almost £18. That kind of customer service is just not cool, and now I'm feeling really let down by the company.
