Lago king bed
Bought the bed, eh, but it ended up being too big for our king-sized mattress, leaving this annoying 4-inch gap, you know? Talked to the concierge, they were nice about it, but didn't really offer a solution even after I sent them photos, eh. Had to end up paying a 10% restocking fee for the return, since they didn't think it was Arhaus' fault. Pretty bad customer service experience, to be honest.

Board game in-store pick-up
I just wanted to share my recent experience with an online order I made for a board game at this store for pick-up in-store. I was really looking forward to getting the game, but it ended up being a bit of a letdown. The website kept saying my order was "processing" for a whole month, which was frustrating and made me feel unsure about what was going on. Then, I got an email saying that the item was sold out and my order was getting cancelled.
But get this, when I checked my voicemails from a week before, turns out the order actually arrived at the store just a few days after I placed it! Software for data transfer
The data transfer software I bought was a real pain to figure out. It was super slow and I even had to go and buy a cable for like, nothing just to see if that would help with setting it up. Honestly, the whole thing was just really frustrating and definitely not as smooth as I was expecting.

Broken DAC after 6 months
My DAC stopped working after just six months. I reached out to the store for some help, but they pointed the finger at me for messing it up by updating the firmware, even though I didn't. They suggested reaching out to the manufacturer, but their email seems to be a dud. So now I'm stuck with this pricey hunk of metal that's pretty much useless.

I wasn't sure about buying from here at first, so I decided to just get one thing. It took forever for it to arrive, like 3 weeks! I've been ordering from Jolse for years and I always got my stuff quickly and they were for sure the real deal. But, I kept asking to not include those little samples cuz of all the plastic and waste, and they never listened. So, I decided to look for my skincare somewhere else, gotta do my part for the environment, eh.

Credit report purchase
This company is an absolute disaster, I tell ya. I tried to buy a credit report and it was a total nightmare. The whole authentication thing was a disaster, had me making a bunch of phone calls. The first person I talked to had technical problems and didn't even bother calling me back. The second just kept passing the buck, and the third told me they couldn't help until next week but still charged my credit card right then and there. The customer service is a total joke, do yourself a favour and steer clear of this hot mess.

pants, 94EUR, cheap quality
I got these pants for $94, but man oh man, they are not worth it at all! I wanted to return them, so I chatted with customer service. They said to ship it back to the US, so I shelled out $14 for shipping and sat back and waited. But guess what? Absolutely nothing happened! I got in touch with customer service once more and they dropped a bomb on me - I was supposed to send it to the UK! I followed their instructions and now they're leaving me hanging. It's just so frustrating!

Requested catalog, received promotional emails
I asked for a catalog to be sent to me from their website, but all I got was a bunch of promotional emails. I tried to contact customer service using their feedback form to talk about this problem, but I couldn't because the re-captcha kept messing up. It's frustrating to see a company focus more on sending spam than giving customers what they asked for. I can't say anything about their products since I still haven't gotten the catalog I wanted, but from this situation alone, I'm not too impressed.

Genealogy records
I was so happy to discover how easy it was to access the genealogy records on this site and how much useful info I found about my ancestors. The census scans really helped me get a better idea of their lives, which was pretty cool. I loved seeing the actual old documents, it really made me feel connected to my family history. The newspaper section was also great for learning more about their lives. But, I was a bit let down that there weren't many scans of parish marriage registers, especially for those in London. Despite that, I thought the search function was easy to use and I had no trouble navigating the site. Oh, and a helpful hint for anyone using this site - try different spellings when you're searching, since lots of folks in the old days weren't great spellers.
