Wireless earbuds
I bought a pair of wireless earbuds from this store, and they conked out on me after just two weeks. When I asked for a refund, they flat out said no. Don't waste your time with this store - you'll only get ripped off and stuck with no backup.
Overpriced replacement cost for defective item
I bought this product not long ago and it broke in less than a week because it was made with crappy materials. So, I called customer service to complain and was totally surprised when they told me the defect was just regular wear and tear. They wanted me to fork over a crazy amount of cash to fix a tiny part of the product. I mean, come on! The thing was garbage to begin with, and then on top of it all, their customer service was a complete disaster. I was so ticked off and felt like they totally ripped me off.
Shoe purchase
I bought some shoes from this online store not too long ago and I gotta say, the whole thing was a total letdown. Their customer service took forever to get back to me whenever I had questions, and one of my items got stuck in China for a whole two weeks before it finally arrived. Plus, I had no idea they ship everything from China until it was too late - they definitely need to make that clearer on their website.
Broken DAC after 6 months
My DAC stopped working after just six months. I reached out to the store for some help, but they pointed the finger at me for messing it up by updating the firmware, even though I didn't. They suggested reaching out to the manufacturer, but their email seems to be a dud. So now I'm stuck with this pricey hunk of metal that's pretty much useless.
Defective product
Man, I'm super annoyed right now! I bought something and it arrived all broken and messed up. I've been trying to get it fixed but no one is helping me out. It's been forever and I still haven't heard anything. Ugh!
Topping PA7 plus
I bought a Topping PA7 plus from this company not too long ago. Even though it came all the way from China, I was pretty happy to get it in only 5 days. The packaging was great and the product was in perfect shape when it arrived. I was a bit worried because I saw some bad reviews, but my own experience was really good.
Dac purchase
I recently bought a Dac from this store and the USB connection wasn't working properly. I tried to get help from customer service, but they never got back to me. I was really let down by the total lack of communication and support from the company.
Two defective amps
I recently bought two Topping LA90 amps from this company, and both of them ended up being faulty after only a few weeks of using them. It's been six months now, and even after trying multiple times to get a replacement, I've had no success. It's really frustrating not being able to talk to a real person because there isn't a proper phone number to reach them at, and all I get is an automated email once a week. It's pretty obvious this company isn't holding up their end of the bargain, and I've lost $1600 in the whole ordeal. After looking into it further, I found out that APOS is operating out of an apartment, which definitely makes me question the legitimacy of their business.
Phone case bad.
My phone case came with a crack on it and I was hoping to send it back. I reached out to customer service, but they were taking their sweet time getting back to me, and sometimes didn't even bother replying. Finally, when I did hear back from them, they told me I had to fork out for return shipping both ways - totally not fair, if you ask me. On top of that, their prices are way too steep compared to the likes of Amazon or Ebay. What's the use of having a 45-day return policy if they're gonna make it so darn hard to actually return stuff? Their customer service was of no help whatsoever, and I was left feeling let down.
Broken Topping Pa5
So, I ordered this thing back in December and it honestly took forever to get here all the way from China. And you know what's crazy? A few months later, it broke! I mean, can you believe it? Such a waste of my hard-earned money. So, I sent it back hoping they could fix it, but turns out it's defective and apparently, lots of other people are having the same problem. I had to pay for shipping AGAIN, which was just super annoying, and then they took ages to even start working on it. And then, get this, they tell me it's out of stock and try to offer me a different color - like, no thanks? Finally, they have the nerve to tell me they can't even get me a replacement because it's been discontinued. Like seriously, what kind of company pulls a move like that? All I want is my money back, but they're dragging their feet in responding. It's just been one big headache dealing with them, I swear.
Headphones purchase
The customer service at this company is absolutely top-notch. I was so unsure about which headphones to get, but they gave me really helpful advice that was just right for what I needed. They made me feel so comfortable with my decision and I'm thrilled with how everything turned out. Plus, the shipping was crazy fast! I am seriously impressed with how well they took care of me.
Concerns about communication methods and warranty support.
I was unsure about ordering from this company because their communication seemed a bit off. They only offer chat or email support, and there's no option to talk to a real person on the phone, which makes me wonder about their customer service. If I do decide to buy from them again, I'll definitely use Amazon pay for extra security. I'm also glad that the item I purchased doesn't need warranty service because I can only imagine the hassle that might come with it.
Express shipping disappointment
