So, I had to return something to this store recently and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. The whole return process was such a pain. First, I had to ask for a return and get this RMA thing, which was already a hassle. Then, I had to send the item back and wait for them to get it. To buy new stuff, I had to pay all over again and email them both the return and new order papers. Then, I had to wait for an email back and hope they adjust the price and give me back the shipping fee. Not being able to call or chat with someone live made it even worse. This was honestly the worst return process I've ever dealt with. They seriously need to fix their system.

I had a bit of trouble with my lifetime subscription that I got through a different platform, but the customer service folks were super helpful. They extended my subscription and threw in an extra feature for a good price. The desktop client did give me some issues with certain functions, but I managed to figure it out with some digging online.

I've been shopping at this store for a while and I've always been happy with their stuff. But the last time I got those Galway amethyst glasses, I was kind of let down. They didn't have much color at all, way less than what I saw in the pictures online. It was disappointing because I was expecting them to be more vibrant.

I recently bought a Dac from this store and the USB connection wasn't working properly. I tried to get help from customer service, but they never got back to me. I was really let down by the total lack of communication and support from the company.
