Cancellation issue
I just ordered something and then changed my mind because of personal stuff. I tried to cancel, but customer service didn't get back to me until after the thing was already on its way. I'm pretty frustrated with the lack of clear communication.
Bracelets and rings
The jewelry from this company is top-notch. I've bought a bunch of bracelets and rings that I wear all the time, and they have lasted really well. You can tell that they're well-made, and I've gotten a lot of compliments on them. I love the cool designs and how they pay attention to the little details.
Necklace and earrings set
I've never been more disappointed in a company's customer service than I am with this one. I ordered a lovely necklace and earring set, but they tried to deliver it when I was on vacation. I've asked multiple times but haven't heard anything about when they'll try delivering again. And they took my money a long time ago. I'm so frustrated with this whole thing and would warn everyone not to shop with them.
Overpriced item
I bought something that turned out to be too expensive, so I reached out to customer service right away to cancel the order. The next day, I got an email saying the item was already on its way, but later on I got tracking info that proved that was not true. I won't be buying from this place again.
Ring purchase
I got this incredibly awesome ring a few weeks back and I am totally in love with it! It's so beautiful and matches all my other jewelry perfectly. The shipping was surprisingly quick considering it came from far away, and I adored the adorable little box and pouch it arrived in. And to top it off, there was a sweet card from the artist who made it! I feel super fancy now. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more goodies from here in the future!
Handmade teak spoon
I was kinda let down at first with the handmade teak spoon I got. The wood had a weird knot that made the bowl look not so great. But when I said something in a review, NOVICA quickly got back to me and said they'd send a new spoon. I thought, "Why not give them a second shot?" And man, was I pleasantly surprised with the new spoons I got. The workmanship was top-notch, and the new spoons were gorgeous and totally one-of-a-kind. Now I'm super happy with what I bought and really appreciate NOVICA's awesome customer service.
Handmade gifts from artisans around the world
Eh, as someone who values ethically sourced and handmade products, this place is hands-down my favourite spot to get gifts for myself and my loved ones. The selection of unique items they have is seriously impressive, and I really like how they make an effort to support artisans instead of taking advantage of them. The packaging might be a bit much, but hey, these handcrafted goods do travel a long way. What I really love about this platform is the personal touch they add to each purchase - the little note inside that shares the background of the artisan or the item, along with the handwritten thank you card, makes every buy feel special and meaningful, eh.

I just bought this really pretty handmade necklace from this company, but I gotta say I'm super disappointed with how it turned out. The description said the necklace was made with top-notch materials, but it was pretty obvious that wasn't true. I was really let down by this whole situation and definitely won't be buying from them again.
