I got this incredibly awesome ring a few weeks back and I am totally in love with it! It's so beautiful and matches all my other jewelry perfectly. The shipping was surprisingly quick considering it came from far away, and I adored the adorable little box and pouch it arrived in. And to top it off, there was a sweet card from the artist who made it! I feel super fancy now. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more goodies from here in the future!

The customer service at NOVICA was amazing, eh! When I saw a little mark on one of the pearl earrings I bought, I contacted customer care and they were super fast to reply and offer a free replacement. I was happy to see that I didn't even have to send back the earring with the mark. The products are top-notch and the fantastic customer service I got has made me a loyal customer to NOVICA. I'll definitely be coming back to shop there again and would recommend them to others, for sure.

I just got this amazing Baby Alpaca Geometric Pattern Scarf in Slate Grey from Peru as a Christmas present, eh! And let me tell ya, it was even better than I expected, eh. The bracelet I ordered was supposed to be on backorder, but it arrived really quickly! It's so beautiful and comfortable to wear. It's even nicer than I thought it would be based on the website. I'm excited to order more items from this artist in the future!
Ring purchase
I picked up this really cool ring off that website, but turns out I messed up the size 😢 I've been trying to reach out to them to fix it, but they haven't been getting back to my emails or calls. The ring is on its way now, fingers crossed it won't take ages to switch for the right size. Their customer service is seriously lacking, hopefully they sort this out for me soon!
