ServiceI just bought this really pretty handmade necklace from this company, but I gotta say I'm super disappointed with how it turned out. When it got to me, it had some beads missing and the clasp was broken. I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times but never heard back. The description said the necklace was made with top-notch materials, but it was pretty obvious that wasn't true. I was really let down by this whole situation and definitely won't be buying from them again.

ServiceI picked up this really cool ring off that website, but turns out I messed up the size 😢 I've been trying to reach out to them to fix it, but they haven't been getting back to my emails or calls. The ring is on its way now, fingers crossed it won't take ages to switch for the right size. Their customer service is seriously lacking, hopefully they sort this out for me soon!
