Book purchase experience
As a big reader, I'm always searching for new books to add to my collection. I found a great selection on this platform and decided to buy some. The choices were impressive, and I found exactly what I wanted at a fair price. The service was excellent, they answered my questions quickly. I appreciated the personalized service, unlike some big stores. The only issue I had was when I tried to access the mobile site using a different search engine than Chrome. It would be helpful if they could fix that to make it easier for users. Despite that, I'll keep using this platform for my book purchases because of the great service and selection they offer.

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how quick the company, especially the folks at Alibris, were to help me out. I wasn't too thrilled with the CD I got, but they wasted no time in giving me a refund, which just goes to show how much they care about keeping customers happy. And when I realized I missed out on using a coupon, Alibris stepped up and put the value right back in my account. I've been shopping with them for years now, and their knack for solving problems fast has only made me trust their service even more.
Workbooks for my grandkids
I've always had a great time shopping on this website. Whenever I can't find certain books, Alibris always seems to have them in stock. This recent purchase of workbooks for my grandkids was just as great. I was so excited to find exactly what I needed on Alibris, and ordering was a breeze. The workbooks came in perfect condition, and my grandkids are loving them. I'm a happy customer and I'll definitely be coming back to Alibris for more books in the future.
Rare art book purchase
I received this really cool art book that was in perfect condition, even though it was listed as "acceptable." There was just a tiny bend on the back cover, but other than that, it was flawless! I've ordered several books from this shop and they've all been in great shape. I really appreciate that they are detailed in their descriptions. The shipping was super fast and the packaging was top-notch. I'm definitely going to order more stuff from them!

I received my book really quickly, much faster than from other places. One time, I tried ordering the same book from three different places, and only this one came through. The seller was great and chatted with me a lot before I got my book. I wish I could have called them directly, but they responded fast here, so it's all good.
Book about a fancy childhood
This book was really awesome, it was full of fancy words and had a kid with a mysterious life. It was kind of sad, but also really exciting to uncover all the secrets.
Recent book purchase
I recently bought a book from this online shop and gotta say, their customer service is top-notch. I was a bit worried about my delivery so I contacted their team for help. Urvashi W. was super nice and gave me a clear answer that made me feel better. And guess what? The book came on time and in perfect condition, just like they said online. I've been a customer before and always liked how they treat me, but this time just made me like them even more!
Book purchase listed as hardcover
Even though the listing was right, I was kind of bummed to get a paperback instead of the hardcover I was hoping for. The seller said it was Alibris' fault, but since no one else had the hardcover in stock, I just kept the book. But I gotta admit, the paperback was actually really good quality and totally matched the online description. So, aside from the mix-up, my overall experience buying the book was pretty good.
Books were cool
Bought some books and it was good, but kinda hard to see what's coming in the mail. Wish they made it easier to choose from the same place for cheaper shipping.
Book delivery
I received my books on time, but they arrived a bit beat up with dented covers. Looks like someone wasn't paying attention when they packed my order!
