Unprofessional experience
Eh, so my experience with this company let me tell ya, it was just the worst. I mean, there was like zilch communication goin' on and their professionalism, or really lack thereof, was just somethin' else. I put in an order and then... nothin', no updates, no shipping info, just crickets. When I finally reached out to ask about my order, all I got was some wishy-washy answers and no real reason why my order was M.I.A. I felt like they weren't givin' me the time of day, you know? I was totally left in the dark, left wonderin' what's goin' on. It wasn't until I got PayPal involved that I finally got my money back, after way more time than it should've taken. Honestly, the lack of responsibility and customer service from these folks was just a real bummer.

Promo code frustration
I recently tried to use a promo code on this site and boy, was I let down big time. They had all these discounts and promo codes advertised, but when it came time to check out, none of them would work. No exclusions in the terms, so it felt like they were just pulling a fast one on me. Had to reach out to their sales support, and let me tell you, that was a nightmare. Total waste of time, felt super frustrated and annoyed by the end of it all.

Cold weather biking clothing
I recently bought some cold weather biking gear from this online store and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the whole thing. The gear itself was top quality, exactly what I needed. But what really blew me away was the customer service. A rep actually reached out to me just to check if I had any questions about my order. While I didn't have any questions about my purchase, I did have a technical question about my bike's bottom bracket. The rep got back to me right away with the info I needed, showing a great level of knowledge and willingness to help. You don't come across online stores that go above and beyond like that every day. Plus, I found out they also do custom builds, so if you have specific needs, don't hesitate to ask - they might just be able to help you out. All in all, a fantastic experience that I would definitely recommend to my fellow cyclists out there.

Don't bother with this company, trust me. I didn't check the reviews before ordering and now I wish I had. The shoes I got weren't what I expected and didn't even fit right. When I tried to send them back, the customer service was no help at all. It was a total headache and a waste of money – save yourself the trouble and steer clear.
