Recently purchased wireless earphones
The wireless earphones I got not long ago have been really getting on my nerves. They're supposed to be good for workouts, but they keep on disconnecting from Bluetooth and saying the battery's full when it's not. So basically, every 10 minutes I have to keep reopening Spotify and hitting play, making them pretty much useless for my workouts.
Bought some wireless signature earbuds at a store.
Man, I got these awesome wireless earbuds from a store, but they broke after a few weeks of me jamming out while running. I tried to get them fixed with the warranty back in May, but I haven't heard anything back since. I emailed them and got no response, and they don't even have a phone number to call. Seriously, what's going on? I just want my earbuds fixed so I can get back to listening to my tunes!
Earpods purchase
I just bought a set of earbuds from this company. Unfortunately, I lost them and had to get another pair. But the new ones only lasted 2 months before they stopped connecting properly. I reached out to customer service and was happy to see how quickly they responded and wanted to assist me. Even though they're in the UK, they organized to send a replacement from the USA, which I really thankful for.
Got some earplugs, had to get them replaced
I bought some earplugs but they were broken, so I had to get them replaced. The service was really fast and simple, they gave me a new one right away. It was great!
Earbuds purchase
The earbuds I bought had an amazing quality-price balance. The product was great, and when I had a question, the customer service was top-notch. Steve was super nice, quick to help, and really friendly. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time, and I really appreciate how much they care about their customers.
Wireless earbuds
I'm totally frustrated with my purchase of those wireless earbuds. It said in the description that they could connect to an app for sound and settings, but that was just not true. On top of that, the customer service was useless and never got back to me.
Jlab talk PRO
Don't bother wasting your money on the Jlab talk PRO. The mic doesn't have any software updates, so it's basically useless. Plus, good luck trying to sell it later, since it's known for being low quality.
Wireless earbuds purchase
These wireless earbuds are so awesome! I'm really glad I went with them instead of a pricier brand. They're super easy to use and charge, and I've been able to listen to my audio books for way longer than the 32+ hours they said I could.
Jlab go air sports earbuds
So, I bought these Jlab go air sports earbuds, right? And man, let me tell you, I was super let down by the quality. Like, the shipment was great and all, but when I tried to use them, it was a different story. The Bluetooth kept cutting out, and the left earbud didn't even work. So I figured, okay, I'll just return them. But yikes, that was a whole headache. I had to go back and forth with customer service, like eight emails back and forth. And they kept asking me the same questions! So annoying. Honestly, the whole experience with these earbuds and the company's customer service was pretty crappy. Definitely not buying from them again.
Earbuds Purchase
I bought a pair of earbuds not long ago and was pretty disappointed with them. The product was supposed to work with specific apps, but when I got them, they wouldn't connect to any of the apps like they were supposed to. It was a pain trying to use the earbuds without being able to control them properly. On top of that, the customer service wasn't helpful at all and didn't own up to the fact that the product was faulty. It sucks to spend my money on something that doesn't work how it's supposed to.

My earbuds stopped working after a year, so I decided to leave a positive review on the website. I was so surprised when the team responded right away, expressing their sympathy and offering to replace them without any issues. Everything went really smoothly and I really liked how friendly and helpful Steve and the team were. Just awesome customer service all around.

Variety of products including earbuds and work headsets
I've bought different stuff, like earbuds for the gym and good work headsets. Everything was good until one of the headsets started having problems. So, I decided to use the warranty and it was actually a really smooth process. It only took a few hours to get a new headset. The customer service was great and I was happy with how fast they fixed the problem.

When I had trouble with the charging plug, I reached out to customer service and they were quick and really helpful. They sent me a replacement product from the USA to Canada at no extra cost and it arrived quickly. I definitely recommend both the sound quality of the headphones and their customer service.
