They really need to step up their game because this is just not okay. I can't even say anything about the quality of the products because I never got to lay eyes on them. It's honestly such a joke.

    Surround sound speakers

    I just bought some surround sound speakers for my home theatre system from the company. But man, the delivery was a major fail. They just left the speakers outside my place with no discreet packaging. Anyone could've seen them! When I got home from work, they were gone. UPS and the company are saying it's all good and secure, but they won't own up to it. It's not cool how they're not taking responsibility for what happened. Customers deserve better care and accountability, you know?

    So, I ordered these super cool headphones online and I was pumped to get them. But you know what? They took ages to arrive! I mean, I ordered them on a Friday and they were supposed to show up on Monday. But then they switched it to Thursday because of "crazy demand". Like, really? I don't live in the boondocks, I'm in the city! Not happy about it at all.

    The online ordering experience was a total nightmare, eh? Right from the get-go, the estimated delivery date was way off, and I had to keep bugging them for updates. Finally, when I managed to get ahold of someone, they gave me the same old excuse about 'unprecedented demand.' Yeah, sure. And let me tell ya, don't even get me started on the address mix-up. Why make me use a glitchy address picker only to totally ignore it when it comes to shipping? When I pointed out the mistake, their response was pretty weak. I had to reach out to the carrier myself to try and fix the mess. If you have the choice to order from a different company that's quicker and more reliable, I'd definitely go for it, eh.

    Bose subwoofer 500

    I recently bought the subwoofer 500 from your store and I've been having this annoying popping sound coming from it all the time. I've tried all kinds of fixes that the manufacturer suggested, but nothing has helped. Apparently it's an issue with Wi-Fi interference, according to Bose. I even tried moving the unit around my big living room, but the problem won't go away. Honestly, I'm pretty let down by this product, especially considering how expensive it is. The subwoofer just doesn't seem to be shielded properly and the overall quality is not great. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, there are definitely better options out there on the market.

    Repair to sound system

    What a complete disaster with the repair services. I reached out in December to get a quote, waited almost six weeks for the repair, and when the speaker came back, it was still damaged. The communication was terrible and had to follow up multiple times. To make matters worse, the feet were missing when it was returned, and they only sent one foot at first. Had to wait another week to get the rest. It was a disappointing and frustrating ordeal that dragged on for over three months. Definitely would not recommend.

    Refund issue

    I was so disappointed with the customer service I received from that company. I sent back a product for a refund but never got my money back. I called them twice, and they kept saying they had already refunded me. But when I checked with my card provider, they told me they were the ones who actually gave me the refund, not the company. This whole thing really upset me, and I won't be buying anything from them in the future.

    I just bought a pair of noise-canceling headphones from this company, thinking they would arrive pretty quickly based on their website. But after I paid for them, I was disappointed to find out that they actually took over two weeks to arrive, way longer than the 1-3 days they promised. And when I finally got the tracking info, turns out Bose is not even "Bose.ca," they're actually based overseas, which wasn't clear on their site. Plus, I discovered some sellers on Amazon who sell Bose stuff for cheaper and deliver faster. All in all, not impressed with the whole experience.

    I had the same terrible experience as others when I ordered directly from Bose. The delivery times were way too long and there was zero communication about my order status. Every time I tried to check in, I either got no reply or a scripted response from the call center that didn't help at all. I even attempted to cancel my order, but I'm not sure if it worked. In the end, it was just so frustrating and disappointing that I don't think I'll ever order from them again.

    Bose 700 Surround Speakers

    Hey there, so I've been a big fan of Bose for a while now, but I gotta say, the Bose 700 Surround Speakers really let me down. I had such high hopes because of how great their other products are, but these speakers just didn't cut it for me. Even after using the Adaptiq headset to tweak the sound for my room, the volume was just not up to par. Comparing them to the older Bose cube speakers, the 700 satellites were definitely lacking in volume and performance. Honestly, they're probably the worst Bose product I've bought, and I kinda regret dropping £400 on them. I shot an email to Bose a few weeks back, but I'm still waiting on a response.

    Two pairs of wireless earbuds

    I recently bought two pairs of wireless earbuds from this store and honestly, I'm really let down with both the quality of the product and the customer service. I've only had them for 14 months and both pairs suddenly stopped charging, clearly a manufacturing issue. When I contacted their customer service, I was greeted by a robot-like rep who just offered me a small discount on another pair and kept saying 'I can't do more than our policies allow'. Clearly, they didn't want to own up to their faulty product and preferred to charge me for a replacement instead. This kind of treatment towards customers is not just annoying, but also disrespectful. I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone in search of dependable products and good customer service.

    I had such a frustrating time with customer support, eh. The chat line was totally useless - couldn't help with my problem at all. I've been waiting for weeks now for my order WS01814285, and all they've given me are useless case "numbers" and "investigation numbers". On top of that, the money I paid was put back into my account as unclaimed by the company. Now I'm missing my old speaker and still don't have a new one. It's just not right, eh.
