They really need to step up their game because this is just not okay. I can't even say anything about the quality of the products because I never got to lay eyes on them. It's honestly such a joke.

I've tried all kinds of fixes that the manufacturer suggested, but nothing has helped. Apparently it's an issue with Wi-Fi interference, according to Bose. I even tried moving the unit around my big living room, but the problem won't go away. Honestly, I'm pretty let down by this product, especially considering how expensive it is. The subwoofer just doesn't seem to be shielded properly and the overall quality is not great. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, there are definitely better options out there on the market.
