Oversized and Thin Material
The stuff I got from here was just awful. The sizes were all wrong, the material was super thin, and the overall quality was just terrible. I went to the store to see if it was any better in person, but it was just as bad. I try to support Canadian businesses, but it's really disappointing to see such crappy products being sold.

Emergency refund issue
I was really looking forward to my trip but had to cancel last minute due to unexpected stuff. I tried contacting the company right away, but they said they couldn't give me a refund. It's disappointing and frustrating, especially since I've had good experiences with them before.

Surround sound speakers
I just bought some surround sound speakers for my home theatre system from the company. But man, the delivery was a major fail. They just left the speakers outside my place with no discreet packaging. Anyone could've seen them! When I got home from work, they were gone. UPS and the company are saying it's all good and secure, but they won't own up to it. It's not cool how they're not taking responsibility for what happened. Customers deserve better care and accountability, you know?

Late delivery of order
Eh, so like, this place is a total disaster, no doubt about it. I ordered something super important for this event, eh, and like, they couldn't even manage to get it to me on time. Like, seriously, is it that difficult to deliver an order on the right day? It totally messed up my plans, and I had to like, scramble to figure something else out. Completely not cool, eh.
