Birthday cake delivery
Yesterday was my birthday, eh, and my sister totally surprised me with this amazing birthday cake she ordered online, eh. So, get this, the delivery guy gives me a ring to tell me he's chillin' at my door, eh, but I don't recognize the number so I'm like, "Pfft, probably just a spam call," and straight up ignore it and even block it, eh. Then my sister shoots me a text to go grab the cake outside, and I head out only to find the delivery dude still there, just chillin' and waiting for me, eh. I felt super bad for making him wait, but this guy was so cool and understanding, eh. Just gotta give a big ol' shoutout to that delivery guy from New Delhi for makin' sure my bday cake got to me safe and sound and on time. Thanks a bunch for your patience and dedication, sir!

It's not easy to come across a service that really lives up to what it promises, but let me tell you, this online gift service totally blew me away. Cake and Flowers
I just ordered a cake and some flowers from this company, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. I placed my order the day before, and it showed up right on time the next day, just like they said on the website. I really liked getting those order status emails to keep me in the loop. The cake and flowers were top-notch quality, and I'm a satisfied customer. I was a little unsure at first because of some mixed reviews, but I'll definitely be suggesting this place to others in the future.
Bouquet, cake & bear combo
We thought we'd give our Mom a nice surprise with a bouquet, cake, and bear combo from this spot. But, to be honest, it didn't really knock our socks off. The craft paper in the bouquet seemed kinda low-budget, and the bear wasn't the best quality. Plus, the writing on the cake was a bit messy - instead of 'Happy Birthday', it just said 'HBD'. But hey, at least the cake tasted fantastic and they did deliver it right on time.
Birthday bouquet for mom
I ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday and I was really looking forward to surprising her with beautiful flowers. But when the bouquet showed up, I was shocked to see how sad the flowers looked. They seemed like they were picked way too long ago and just left out to dry up. It was seriously the worst bouquet I've ever laid eyes on! And on top of that, the delivery person obviously stomped on it because there were dirty footprints all over it. I was so ashamed to hand over that pitiful excuse for a bouquet to my mom on her special day. I forked out my hard-earned cash for this and ended up getting a huge letdown. Save your money and go somewhere else!
Purchased flowers
I'm really let down by the flowers I bought recently. They weren't at all like the ones in the picture and way smaller than expected. I tried talking to customer service but they couldn't really help me. It's been a really frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with this company.
flower arrangement for my mom
I ordered a lovely flower arrangement for my mom's birthday from this store and I was super excited to surprise her. But when the delivery guy arrived, he was really rude and careless. He didn't handle the flowers properly and my mom ended up getting a messed up bouquet. I was so let down by the delivery service, it was the worst experience ever!
Red velvet cake and black-gold balloons
My experience was a complete disaster. I ordered a red velvet cake and black-gold balloons, but ended up getting a chocolate cake and pink-gold balloons instead. Even after confirming my order, Ferns n Petals really dropped the ball and didn't deliver what I asked for. When I raised the issue, they said they would look into it, but never got back to me, leaving me feeling pretty frustrated and let down. And to top it off, the quality of their products was way below what they show on their website. In a previous order, they even sent me a cup with a chip in it and didn't bother to replace it. It seems like Ferns n Petals doesn't care about their mistakes, just grabbing cash without any apology for letting their customers down. I decided to give them another chance, hoping things would get better, but once again, they failed to come through as promised. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because their customer service is basically non-existent, and they seem more interested in money than giving good service.
Plant anniversary gift
Giving gifts should be a wonderful experience, eh? But let me tell ya, my recent purchase was a total disaster. I decided to order a plant as an anniversary gift for a couple, in hopes of a beautiful and thoughtful delivery. But when the delivery guy showed up, he was just holding the plant with no branding or packaging to be seen. It felt like some random street vendor was dropping off a plant! And on top of that, instead of a nice message card like they promised, I got a message scribbled on a torn piece of paper. After dealing with customer service for hours, all they offered was a partial refund of the original price. Absolutely pathetic and downright insulting, eh.
Flower and cake purchase
I just wanted to say that I was kind of let down by the flowers and cakes I got delivered. The flowers looked all tired and droopy when they arrived, and they only lasted a day before drooping completely. And the cakes weren't as good as I was expecting; they tasted old and didn't have that fresh taste I was looking forward to. I ordered some flowers to be delivered on March 7th, with a delivery date of March 11th. Unfortunately, the flowers didn't arrive on time as promised, and I didn't receive any updates on why. It's a bit worrying that they're good at taking orders but not so good at delivering them promptly. Maybe they should consider updating their website to show which areas they can actually deliver to, to avoid disappointments like this one.
Late delivery, misleading information
I recently bought some gifts for my loved one's birthday and I ordered two things. But, the order took longer to arrive than they said it would. When I got in touch with customer service, they gave me wrong details about where my order was, and it made me all worried on such an important day. It was just really disappointing, to be honest.
Plastic wrapped flowers
I ordered some flowers from this place and when they arrived, they were all wrapped up in plastic that made them seem really low-quality and kind of depressing. I mentioned it to them but they didn't seem to care at all. It looked like those flowers were leftovers from some fancy event and just shoved into a plastic bag. I sent them so many emails but all they did was offer me a small refund as an apology.
Valentines day gifts for family in India
I had the not-so-great experience of trying to use this service to send Valentines day gifts to my family in India. I placed the order on the 13th of February, but unfortunately, I ran into a bunch of problems. I sent a bunch of messages and reminders through their website, but all I got back were generic responses every time. Even though I gave them the recipient's number in every message, there was no sign of the delivery happening. On the 14th of February, when my family tried to call the company, the phone numbers weren't working. I spent a lot of time waiting for a response and was pretty disappointed with the lack of communication and service.
