Saw it at a buddy's place, I tipped him, delivery was quick and the rep was friendly, kinda smoothed the whole thing out

Totally worth it, saves my hectic mornings making coffee for the commute, even my cat seems impressed, eh.

So, I knew I was satisfied when the box showed up with an actual handwritten note — I first saw this on Mark’s feed and tipped him to try it too; product did exactly what they said, kinda a small surprise.

I’ve been a customer since they launched, so I notice the slip. If they cleaned up the communication I’d come back, but until then I’m hesitant.
