Nice find
Nice find
Saw it at a buddy's place, I tipped him, delivery was quick and the rep was friendly, kinda smoothed the whole thing out
Morning win
Morning win
Totally worth it, saves my hectic mornings making coffee for the commute, even my cat seems impressed, eh.
Quiet win
Quiet win
So, I knew I was satisfied when the box showed up with an actual handwritten note — I first saw this on Mark’s feed and tipped him to try it too; product did exactly what they said, kinda a small surprise.
Didn't expect relief
Didn't expect relief
Was skeptical about my back, but it helped.
Finally sorted
Finally sorted
I almost gave up, then they sent a replacement cake — delay, but when it arrived intact I felt relieved and grateful.
Support absent, delivery failed
Support absent, delivery failed
Not worth it — no delivery, no replies; tried other firms that were better, packaging was surprisingly intact though.
Quietly impressed
Quietly impressed
Ordered a few times now — packages show up when promised, product feels solid, surprisingly nicer than other places, saved a headache
Dependable-for-me
Dependable-for-me
Solid, reliable service — that's my take. I used them because of a recent move and bad back; they've handled bookings to doorstep with minimal fuss. A few small hiccups, but overall consistent.
Small birthday win
Small birthday win
Needed something special for my wife’s birthday, so I ordered flowers and a cake. Flowers smelled fresh, felt sturdy; cake was moist and not too sweet — she loved it.
Late but fixed
Late but fixed
Delivery was supposed to arrive on the 25th, nothing. Customer service at first stonewalled me, wouldn't cancel — super frustrating. After a bit they did sort it though, so I'm... reluctantly okay.
Dry surprise, twice
Dry surprise, twice
I almost skipped it — saw it on my cousin's feed and thought, really? Shipping a cake to Ahmedabad from the US. Gave it a try though. First time I blamed bad luck, second time it arrived dry and hard inside. Not thrilled, not thrilled.
Overpriced cake, decent delivery
Overpriced cake, decent delivery
not great, but it did the job. I used them for a birthday in Toronto last month and expected better — cake looked like a $10 grocery one while I was charged way more. First impression was disappointment and suspicion, yet it arrived on time and tasted okay.
Still waiting, kinda annoying
Still waiting, kinda annoying
I first saw this on a friend's post and told my partner to order. Delivery was due Sept 25, but two days later it's still not here. Customer care kept saying "today" and nothing changed. Not great, though the item itself looks okay.
Surprise scramble
Surprise scramble
Funny thing — I pictured my sister opening everything, and then the tracking showed delivered but it wasn’t. Had to phone them a few times, which was annoying, and only some items showed up two days later. She actually loved the stuff, so happy ending — not perfect, but keep an eye on tracking and call early.
Mostly a win
Mostly a win
cake and flowers looked good and guests liked them. Then the musician mix-up happened; they called last minute saying no guitar for 15–20 minutes, no clear refund, kinda felt sloppy.
Paid up front, then radio silence
Paid up front, then radio silence
I didn't expect this to be smooth. Placed an order, paid up front, then nothing for days — no call, no update. Eventually they emailed saying vendor issues, could not ship. Other companies I've used at least pick up the phone or send a quick note; this felt sloppy and unprofessional. Not useless — support did sort out refund after chasing them, but delivery/service need work.
Cake showed, chocolate didn’t
Cake showed, chocolate didn’t
I ordered a cake and some chocolates for my partner’s birthday and I was nervous about the delivery slot — I’ve had sketchy deliveries before. The cake showed up late but intact, so that worry eased, though the chocolates never arrived. I called, asked a few times, got vague answers, honestly. So not great customer service, but cake tasted fine and did save the night. Still annoyed, but kind of usable.
Birthday scramble, nearly tragic
Birthday scramble, nearly tragic
call and confirm twice — customer support was a mess, btw.
Late, baffled, but flowers looked okay
Late, baffled, but flowers looked okay
20pm and... crickets. Only a bot to talk to, which kept looping me around choices and then shutting down. I kept fiddling with the chat, tried the phone, finally got through around 3:50pm. They said they couldn’t reach the delivery partner and would “update in two hours” — which, yeah, didn’t exactly inspire confidence. Weirdly, when it did arrive later the bouquet actually looked surprisingly fresh, like, nicer than I expected given the mess of updates. So small win there, a little surprise. Still, the whole experience felt sloppy: no proactive messages, no human contact until I chased them, and that “we’ll call you” line felt wishy-washy. I’ve been a customer since they launched, so I notice the slip. If they cleaned up the communication I’d come back, but until then I’m hesitant.
Small win, delivery hiccup
Small win, delivery hiccup
I actually liked the product and would tell people — I first saw it on Instagram and even tipped my sister — but the delivery was a bit of a mess. I ordered two days before a birthday, they used Blue Dart and customer support basically said couriers can't promise times. Nobody warned me it was courier-delivered or that it might show up after the date. I asked for a pickup point and they wouldn't give courier details. In the end it arrived late but intact, so not perfect, still worth it if you plan ahead.
