Comfy PJs
Oh man, you won't believe what happened. I bought these PJ pants from O*ots, and it was a complete disaster. As soon as I put them on, the "R" in the brand name came off! Can you imagine? Now I'm stuck with pants that only say "Oots" on them, ugh. And on top of that, they were so expensive - $70 CAD! I am never shopping there again, seriously. Their stuff used to be great quality, but now it's just not worth it. I'm so disappointed!

Sectional couch purchase
Hey, so I bought this sectional couch about a year ago, and man, it was the biggest mistake. It's like so uncomfortable and the cushions just won't stay put! I tried calling to get it fixed, but all they said was to send pics and have a technician come over. Seriously? Like, that won't help at all! I dropped 2 grand on this piece of junk and it's not even worth 2 bucks. So annoying. Now I'm stuck with this lousy couch. Definitely not buying from them again, that's for sure.

Plastic wrapped flowers
I ordered some flowers from this place and when they arrived, they were all wrapped up in plastic that made them seem really low-quality and kind of depressing. I mentioned it to them but they didn't seem to care at all. It looked like those flowers were leftovers from some fancy event and just shoved into a plastic bag. I sent them so many emails but all they did was offer me a small refund as an apology.

Eh, I've been a loyal customer of yours for a while, and I gotta say, I've always had a good time with your stuff. So, the other day, I bought some sunglasses from you guys, and I was blown away by how nice they were. Then, I got a text saying there was a defect, but the customer service was amazing. They sent me a new pair for free! That kind of care and attention really puts you ahead of the competition, if you ask me.
