    Sectional couch purchase

    Hey, so I bought this sectional couch about a year ago, and man, it was the biggest mistake. It's like so uncomfortable and the cushions just won't stay put! I tried calling to get it fixed, but all they said was to send pics and have a technician come over. Seriously? Like, that won't help at all! I dropped 2 grand on this piece of junk and it's not even worth 2 bucks. So annoying. Now I'm stuck with this lousy couch. Definitely not buying from them again, that's for sure.

    I recently bought a bedroom set from this furniture store and unfortunately, the experience has been terrible. I placed my order in August with a delivery scheduled for September 7th, but I never heard anything about a delay. On September 26th, I decided to cancel my order, even with the 10% loss, because I was frustrated by the lack of communication. They promised a quick delivery and a $100 reduction in delivery fees, but only half of the set arrived on November 11th. I'm still waiting for the dresser and haven't received any updates on the status. When I called to express my concerns about the delays, they were not apologetic and only offered a $100 refund for the inconvenience. For a $6000 purchase, this level of customer service is unacceptable and makes me feel like I've been scammed.

    Furniture delivery issues

    I recently bought some furniture from this place, and I gotta say, it was a total disaster. The paperwork was all mixed up, and the delivery folks ended up having a big argument with my partner when they showed up. On top of that, our TV stand was never even put on the delivery truck to begin with! When I tried to sort things out with the store, I was told that the salesperson in charge wasn't around, so they couldn't do anything. Are you kidding me? Is this how you wanna treat your customers after they've paid? It's totally not cool.

    I ordered a couch over a year ago and I'm still waiting for it. I've contacted them multiple times for updates but all I get are empty promises that it's coming soon. I've had enough of waiting and I'm fed up with this situation. I've decided to cancel my order and go somewhere else. This company is a complete joke and I recommend avoiding them at all costs.

    Sofa purchase

    My experience with this company was really disappointing, eh. I bought a sofa and was told it would be delivered and installed quickly, but that didn't happen. The delivery was delayed many times and nobody kept me in the loop or updated me. When I asked for help, I was bounced between different employees and never got a good solution. The lack of responsibility and bad customer service just made me feel frustrated and disappointed with my purchase, eh.
