Child car seat purchase
I bought a child car seat from this company, but sadly, it never showed up. They said there was a delay and I wouldn't get it until September. I've been trying to get my money back, but it's been dragging on. I'd recommend shopping somewhere else.

Non-received purchase
I ordered something but never got an email to confirm it. I checked my security camera footage and saw that FedEx never even tried to deliver it. They send me some texts that were confusing. I'm just really let down by the whole thing and starting to think that this company might be a scam.
