    Recent buggy purchase

    I recently bought a buggy from this company and had a rough time with their customer service. The brakes on the buggy stopped working after only 5 months, so I tried to reach out for help. But man, getting in touch with a real person was a real struggle. Even after all my attempts, they wouldn't fix or swap out the brakes. It's a bummer they didn't care about helping us Canadians. So yeah, after that, I've decided not to buy from them again.

    I got my child car seat order pretty quickly, but man, the customer service was totally MIA. I tried calling a bunch of times, but every time I picked option 1 for customer service, it was just crickets on the line. And when I tried option 2 for accounts, no one picked up either. It's really disappointing that a company would just leave customers hanging like that.

When I reached out to customer service to get it all sorted out, I was totally taken aback when they told me they don't deal with customers in my area. I gotta say, that lack of service is just not cool, eh. And it's made me seriously unhappy with my purchase.

    I reached out to the company about a broken strap on my Carus Carrier 4-1 that I used for carrying my 6-month-old baby. I sent photos, and they said they'd send a new carrier. But it's been 2 months since then, and despite my follow-ups, I still haven't gotten the replacement. Chris Saures keeps making empty promises and hasn't sent the new carrier like they said they would. I've had to borrow carriers from friends instead of using my own, which has been a hassle. This lack of service and follow-through has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially considering how much I spent on the original carrier. I'm really unhappy with this whole situation and won't be buying from them again.

    Car seat that was kinda broken

    So, we got this car seat, and when it showed up, there was a major issue. We reached out to them about it, and you won't believe it - they expected us to fork over cash to return it, even though it was totally their screw-up! I mean, come on. Super uncool. It's really disappointing because we were in desperate need of it.

    I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company. Their return policy is just awful and it seems like they don't even care about customer service. I've tried reaching out to them several times through email, phone, and even Facebook, but they haven't gotten back to me at all. It's pretty obvious that they care more about making money than keeping their customers happy, and it all starts with their leadership team.

    Oh man, let me tell you, dealing with customer service was a total nightmare. I was trying to get some help with the installation manual that was missing, and instead of getting a straight answer, I was just passed around with voicemails and useless emails. I tried so many times to get some clarity, but all it did was leave me feeling even more lost and irritated. It took up so much of my time that I didn't even have a chance to properly put in the car seat. It's really frustrating when a good product gets overshadowed by such lousy customer service.

    I just bought a car seat from this company and man, I gotta say it's been a real letdown. I've tried hitting up their customer service team through email and social media a bunch of times, but haven't heard a thing back. And it's not just me - seems like others are having the same problem. I ordered the seat back in early October and here we are well into November, still no word on when it's shipping. It's frustrating, to say the least.
