Car seat
I recently got a new car seat and I'm pretty bummed about the total lack of communication and customer service from this company. I ordered it on November 30th and today, December 7th, I haven't heard anything about my order. I've tried calling but no one picks up, which is super frustrating and makes me feel ignored as a customer.

Skincare and makeup products
I can't say enough good things about this brand. Their products are top-notch and their customer service is exceptional. My experience with them has been absolutely amazing. I really wish I could give them more than five stars for how well they've treated me. Heather, Jamie, and Christine all went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Christine was quick to address my concerns and resolve them efficiently, leaving me completely satisfied with the service. If only other companies could be as great as them, the world would be a better place. I was so excited to make a purchase, and when I found out they now deliver to Europe, I was thrilled. My first time shopping with this brand was fantastic, and the service I received was unmatched. Thank you, Glossier team, for your exceptional service and for giving me such a great shopping experience.

Prescription glasses
I recently bought a pair of prescription glasses from this store. I had some questions about where the frames came from and when they would arrive, but overall I was happy with my experience. I asked specifically about the country where the frames were made, and the customer service rep quickly gave me the info I wanted. The delivery took a bit longer than I wanted, but once the glasses arrived, they were just as good as promised. The lenses were perfect for me, and I liked the transition feature. The price was fair, especially considering the fancy options I picked. All in all, I'd be willing to order from this store again in the future.

Shaw academy 4 week trial.
Jesus F**** Christ, I saw the ad on social media and thought it was an absolute no brainer, a 4 week free graphics design course during these lockdown times. Next thing i know they tried to immediately charge me £40, without any warning, they had pre-authorised 1 tap purchases on their site, thankfully i used my 2nd card and i only had a few quid in that.
Within an hour ive received texts, emails and calls, it was completely overbearing but I thought it must just be good customer service. The courses themselves are bog standard presentations that you have to pay to get a certificate of completion from.
I thought its best to cancel, i went through the whole online process only to be told that I had to actually call a number and confirm. I called the number and I was read a love letter for about 2 mins straight until i was given the option to actually cancel finally.
