Consultation services
During these tough times, Maple has been a real life-saver for me. With the healthcare system being so overwhelmed, being able to talk to a professional for advice and help has been priceless. The Maple team has always responded quickly and with care, showing true professionalism. It's hard to show compassion over the phone or online, but Maple does it effortlessly. I've had five consultations with Maple and each one has been positive and comforting.
Prescription refill
I've only been to this place twice because my doctor had to close her office. But once you get all your information in, it's pretty easy to order my medications. The doctors and nurse practitioners here are really nice and helpful!

I got a new prescription from my doctor that was bothering me, so I tried contacting the office a bunch of times with no luck. Gotta say, being able to chat with a doctor online through Maple is a total game-changer. The doctors are top-notch and they get back to you real quick. Only catch is if you don't cough up the subscription fee, you gotta book an intake appointment first before you can chat with a doctor. Kinda annoying and just adds an extra step. Also, website can be a bit tricky to figure out sometimes, especially when it comes to picking a pharmacy for your prescription. But overall, super happy to have easy access to a doctor again with Maple.
Online purchase for an application
All in all, my online shopping experience was alright, but there were a few hiccups along the way. I had to enter some details twice, which was a bit annoying. Plus, I had to redo everything and upload my files again the next day because I ran out of time. I was hoping that my information would be saved so I could pick up where I left off.

Quick appointment for Rx
I just had a quick appointment to get a prescription from Maple. It was fast, but I wasn't really happy with the Nurse Practitioner's service. She ended the call really abruptly after giving me the prescription, so I had some unanswered questions. I had to call my pharmacist later to clear things up. I got the impression that the NP wasn't really focused during our conversation, and it made me feel like she didn't care about me as a patient.
Quick eye infection care
I needed some help with my eye infection, eh, so I didn't have to go to the ER and wait forever, you know? The free visit on Maple was super quick and easy, eh. I could even send my prescription to my pharmacy all by myself, which was pretty cool. And hey, I get 2 free visits a year, which is awesome since it takes forever to see my regular doctor. Amazing service all around!
