But Tech For Less thought it might be fraud because of the different shipping address, even though their system allows for that. It was annoying that they didn't communicate well and couldn't fix the problem to make the customer happy. Instead of talking to the person who paid or finding a solution, they blamed another company without giving any contact details. After talking to American Express, we found out the problem was actually Tech For Less' fault. So, we decided to buy the computer from somewhere else.
