    I ordered some dog food online from a well-known retailer, but when I got my package from Petco, it was the wrong brand. I was pretty upset about the mix-up - it really caused me a lot of trouble. I tried contacting the Petco store nearby for help, but they couldn't fix it because the order was done by someone else. The staff recommended reaching out to the corporate office, but they weren't too optimistic about getting it fixed. It's really annoying to get the wrong order and not have an easy fix for it.

    Second time I ordered from this place and to be honest, I wasn't too happy this time around. Ordering was easy peasy, but the packaging was a disaster.     I had some trouble getting emails from the program at first. I think the communication board should be better organized and easier to navigate. It was annoying to see posts that didn't really relate to what I needed, which made it hard to find the support and information I was looking for. But there were some friendly people in the community who gave me great advice and insights.<br><br>Also, it was frustrating to search for important info from the program leaders and only find posts about salad toppings. I think the discussions should be separated into different topics like meal prep, energy levels, exercise, supplements, etc., to make it easier to find what you need.

    Oh man, let me tell ya about this sweet Asuka Bunny outfit I snagged from this site! It was everything I was lookin' for, buddy. The attention to detail was bang on, and when I threw it on, it was like the character straight up came to life. I did make a little tweak by switchin' out those clear straps with some magnets for the black leg part, and it really took the whole look up a notch.

    Gotta say, I'm super pleased with how this costume turned out. It fit me just right and the quality was top-notch. It's nice to finally come across a company that knows how to do sizes right - size S actually meant size S, not some teeny tiny x-small. My pals who ordered bigger sizes also found that the sizing was spot on, so that's a big win in my books, eh.

    I am so frustrated with the customer service at this store. I had problems with my Stella McCartney sneakers, so I contacted them for help. It took forever for them to let me return the sneakers for inspection, even after I sent a bunch of emails and explanations. And now, after waiting and following up with more emails, I still haven't gotten any solution or replacement. Their lack of communication and stalling tactics have really disappointed me. My family and friends won't be using their services anymore either.

    I ordered a bunch of stuff from this company for my wife, and I was expecting it to come by a certain date. But, it's been weeks and I still haven't received anything. When I called customer service, they said they're trying to fix things, but I don't trust that my order will ever come. I asked for my money back, but they said it's not allowed by their rules. I feel like they're just tricking people and stealing money from them. It seems like a scam. I might have to take them to court to sort this out.

    Computer purchase as a gift

    I had a bad experience with Tech For Less when I wanted to buy a computer as a gift. The person buying it used their American Express card and wanted it sent to a different address. But Tech For Less thought it might be fraud because of the different shipping address, even though their system allows for that. It was annoying that they didn't communicate well and couldn't fix the problem to make the customer happy. Instead of talking to the person who paid or finding a solution, they blamed another company without giving any contact details. After talking to American Express, we found out the problem was actually Tech For Less' fault. So, we decided to buy the computer from somewhere else.

    I had a terrible time dealing with this company. The sweater I bought took way too long to come, even after they gave me a delivery date. By the time it got here, it was useless for the event I needed it for. When I asked for a refund on the extra shipping I paid for, they just ignored me completely. Now I'm stuck with a sweater I don't need and my only choices are to send it back with a crazy $15 handling fee or get store credit. This definitely isn't the kind of service I want when I shop online.
