I've been buying face masks from this company for about 6 months now and honestly, I've noticed that the quality has gone down a bit. The straps are starting to fray more easily and they don't feel as snug when I put them on for the first time, like they used to. I recently bought some masks from this company, but my old address got filled in automatically at checkout. The masks ended up going to my old place in NYC. I told the customer service team about it, but they weren't helpful and didn't care. They didn't want to send me new masks or give me a refund. They said I had to send the masks back, but that's impossible since I haven't lived in NYC since 2021. Their lack of understanding really disappointed and frustrated me. I won't be shopping at this company anymore and won't be recommending it to anyone I know personally or professionally.
