Dark burgundy pillow cases
I really love my dark burgundy pillow cases! This is my second time ordering from this company and I've been super happy with both orders. The pillow cases are so soft and they stay cool all night long, so I don't need to keep flipping my pillow to find the cool side. The first set of pillow cases I got was white and they lasted me a good 2 years, even though I tossed them in the washer on cold and accidentally dried them. The dark burgundy color of my second set is gorgeous and they still look brand new after almost a year of use. I also got some hair scrunchies from the website and they are amazing too. They're gentle on my hair and don't pull when I take them out. Ordering directly from the company's website was great and my order came really quickly. I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.
Silk pillowcases and sleep mask
I saw these silk pillowcases and sleep mask on social media and thought they would make great Christmas gifts, so I decided to order a couple. I was a bit worried at first because I read some bad reviews about the delivery process, but I took a chance anyway. I ordered two Marilyn Monroe pillowcases and a matching sleep mask. Surprisingly, the customer service got back to me quickly with a tracking number. The delivery went smoothly, and my items arrived safely on December 13th, just in time for the holidays. The pillowcases and sleep mask look amazing and will definitely be great gifts. I haven't had them for long, so I can't say how durable they are yet, but since they're made from premium silk, I'll make sure to take good care of them to make them last.

I was kind of unsure at first after seeing some bad reviews, but I decided to go for it and buy a silk pillowcase from this company. The customer service team was great in helping me with my questions about shipping, even though it did take a bit longer than expected because of the current situation. But my package was tracked the whole way without any problems, so I knew what was happening the whole time. When my order finally showed up, I was super happy with the silk pillowcase. It was exactly what I wanted - so soft, so fancy, and just like it was described on the website. The size was perfect for both my Queen and King pillows, and they had a bunch of cool colors to choose from. And the sales they had going on just made the whole thing even better.

I bought nine silk pillowcases from this company recently, and they are really comfy to sleep on. I decided to give seven of them as gifts to my friends and family, and everyone loved them. However, I did have a big issue with all of them - the zippers started falling apart after about a year of use. It's really disappointing because the silk feels so nice and high-quality. I think a simple fix for this would be to use a European envelope closure instead of the zipper, as it seems more durable. The child-sized cases have this closure, so I don't understand why they haven't used it for the larger sizes. I have another silk pillowcase from a different company with that closure and it still looks brand new.
Pillows purchase
I really liked these pillows when I first got them and ended up buying them for all my beds. But like a lot of other people, I noticed that they all started tearing at the seams near the zipper after about a year of using them. It was frustrating because I had to buy 8 more for my cottage before the old ones completely fell apart. Especially since they were so expensive, I was pretty disappointed with how quickly they wore out.
Silky pillowcase
So, I bought this really soft pillowcase, eh? I was so pumped because it seemed super fancy and all. But, like, OMG, after only 2 months, the zipper just completely broke off from the silk fabric! Like, seriously, what’s up with that?! And when I tried to get it fixed or exchanged, they were all like "no way, we can’t help you without a receipt." Ugh, it’s so frustrating! The quality is seriously terrible, and their customer service is even worse. Don’t be fooled by their fancy advertising, it's all just a bunch of baloney. Take heed from my mistake, folks!
Two pillowcases
I bought these two pillowcases on sale a while back, about a year ago. They're still in great shape! The zippers and seams are all good, no issues at all. I've washed them in the machine on a gentle cycle and dried them on low heat, and everything's been fine. I'm really happy with how well they've held up and I'd definitely suggest them to anyone looking for good quality pillowcases.

I just got a silk pillowcase and oh my goodness, it's amazing! It feels like sleeping on a cloud, no joke. It was like a dream come true. The cool pillowcase from this store has been a lifesaver for me during menopause. I've washed it a bunch of times and it's still holding up really well. I recently got a second one and also bought a night mask, and they're both doing a great job. I can't complain about anything at all!

Pillowcase purchase experience
I bought a new pillowcase and was really excited about all the good things it was supposed to do. But, after using it for a few nights, I saw some big stains where my head was laying. Even though I washed it like the instructions said, the stains didn't come out. I contacted customer service to try and fix the problem, but their answer wasn't very helpful. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone.
Poor quality pillowcases
I've only had these pillowcases for less than 6 months and they already have tears along all the seams. Silk is supposed to be super strong, so it's really disappointing to see such bad quality in these pillowcases. Seems like the material they used isn't that great and doesn't hold up well in the long run. And to make matters worse, the company only gives a 60-day warranty, which says a lot about how confident they are in the product lasting.

Pillowcases - Wrong Color
I bought some pillowcases from this store, and I was really disappointed when they came. The boxes said they're white, but they're actually champagne. Not happy about it, especially for the price I paid. It was my second time ordering from here, and I have to say the quality is better than Amazon, but the wrong color really bothers me. I don't feel like dealing with the hassle of returning them, especially after waiting three weeks for delivery. I won't be buying from here again, that's for sure. Rip-prone pillow cases
I bought these pillow cases that kept tearing easily, and I'm super disappointed. I got four of them, and all of them ripped at the zipper seam. Expensive pillowcases purchase
I bought these really pricey pillowcases from this company a while back. Ended up having to send one back to get a different colour. But, I never got the new one and the customer service peeps keep saying they never got the old one back, which I find pretty hard to believe. Even after calling and emailing a bunch of times over the past few months, we still haven't sorted it out. This whole thing has been a real bummer, and I for sure won't be buying from them again.
