Soft fabric pillowcases
The pillowcases looked so good in the package, and they felt super soft when I touched them. But then, after just a few months of using them and washing them all careful-like in garment bags on the delicate cycle, the fabric ended up ripping near the zipper. I got in touch with the customer service folks, and they sent me a new pillowcase to replace the ruined one. But, they wouldn't give me my money back for the other one. That whole experience left me feeling really let down by the product quality and the customer service.
Silk pillowcase
Oh my goodness, I am so frustrated with these pillowcases. They are incredibly soft and my skin and hair absolutely adore them. I've been hand washing them every week and they were fine at the beginning, but now the zippers are constantly breaking, causing me to lose fabric each time. Ugh, looks like I'll have to purchase new ones from a different place.

So, I bought some silk pillowcases for me and my fam not too long ago. At first, I was happy coz they felt nice and looked good. But then, after using them a bit, I saw that the stitching near the zipper was coming loose. I followed the care tips but the material didn't seem very strong. When I asked about getting a new one or my money back, I found out that the warranty was only for a year. Even though I liked the idea of the pillowcases, the fact that they didn't last long and the customer service was kinda lacking, it made me not so happy about my purchase.
Zipper seam came apart
I was so bummed when the zipper on both sides of my jacket broke. I tried reaching out to the company online, but man, it was a real hassle. They still haven't gotten back to me about it. It cost me a pretty penny, so it really sucks that it didn't hold up for long.
