So, I bought some silk pillowcases for me and my fam not too long ago. At first, I was happy coz they felt nice and looked good. But then, after using them a bit, I saw that the stitching near the zipper was coming loose. I followed the care tips but the material didn't seem very strong. When I asked about getting a new one or my money back, I found out that the warranty was only for a year. Even though I liked the idea of the pillowcases, the fact that they didn't last long and the customer service was kinda lacking, it made me not so happy about my purchase.

I bought nine silk pillowcases from this company recently, and they are really comfy to sleep on. I decided to give seven of them as gifts to my friends and family, and everyone loved them. However, I did have a big issue with all of them - the zippers started falling apart after about a year of use. It's really disappointing because the silk feels so nice and high-quality. I think a simple fix for this would be to use a European envelope closure instead of the zipper, as it seems more durable. The child-sized cases have this closure, so I don't understand why they haven't used it for the larger sizes. I have another silk pillowcase from a different company with that closure and it still looks brand new.

I just got a silk pillowcase and oh my goodness, it's amazing! It feels like sleeping on a cloud, no joke. It was like a dream come true. Not only is it super soft on my face, but I wake up feeling so refreshed and ready to tackle the day. Compared to the cheaper one I had before, this silk pillowcase is on a whole other level. I'm really impressed with how comfy and well-made it is.

I still haven't received my order, but the customer service has been amazing at helping me with any problems I've had. I don't know why some people have been complaining about the service. Can't wait to try out the products.
