Earpods purchase
I just bought a set of earbuds from this company. Unfortunately, I lost them and had to get another pair. But the new ones only lasted 2 months before they stopped connecting properly. I reached out to customer service and was happy to see how quickly they responded and wanted to assist me. Even though they're in the UK, they organized to send a replacement from the USA, which I really thankful for.

Magnetic wallet case
I bought a magnetic wallet case that was really good quality and did a great job protecting my phone. I liked that it was sleek and minimalist in design. But then I ran into a problem with the case and had to reach out to customer support for help. Unfortunately, they were slow to respond and not very helpful. They said they would give me a refund for the faulty product, but it's been over a month now and I still haven't received it. I ended up having to go to my bank and file a chargeback claim on my own. While the product itself was fine, the customer service was lacking and could definitely use some improvement.

Disappointing item
I recently bought something online and it looks nothing like the picture. When I asked if I could return it, customer service said no way, which I think is totally not cool. It really bummed me out and I won't be buying from them again.

Deceitful subscription
This business is sneaky, tricking people with shady contracts and hidden fees. It's crazy how they keep getting away with it even though so many people complain. I didn't even know I was getting locked into a year-long contract, and now I can't even cancel a service I don't even use. Their customer service is terrible, making it impossible to fix any problems or worries. And on top of that, the shows and movies they offer are not that great, yet they still have the nerve to charge more for anything decent to watch. It's a shady way of doing business that takes advantage of unsuspecting customers.

Zipper seam came apart
I was so bummed when the zipper on both sides of my jacket broke. I tried reaching out to the company online, but man, it was a real hassle. They still haven't gotten back to me about it. It cost me a pretty penny, so it really sucks that it didn't hold up for long.

Moving services
I am so frustrated with the customer service I received. They didn't seem to care about my concerns at all. My stuff got messed up during the move and they didn't even offer an apology or compensation. The person on the phone was rude and not helpful. I recommend going with a different company to avoid the same headache.
