Minimalist phone case purchase
I bought a really nice phone case from this company recently and I have to say, I'm super impressed with how well it's made and how cool it looks. I've been on the hunt for a slim case for my iPhone for a while now and after trying a few different ones, I finally found this brand. The Starpeak MagEZ 4 case is exactly what I wanted - sleek, minimal, and tough. I'm also a fan of the Sunrise and Sunset series, they're just as awesome in terms of style and usefulness. The quality of these cases is top-notch and really sets them apart from other options out there. The only thing that could be better is the customer service, it didn't match up with how great the product is.

I recently bought a phone case from this company, and honestly, I was super disappointed with the whole thing. The actual case is okay, but the customer service is just terrible. The delivery was a total mess. It's been stuck in the country for a whole week now, and the local delivery people they used were just awful. They didn't even own up to the delivery problems and told me to deal with the local company, which was even worse. I tried to email customer service, but never heard back. The only time I got a response was when I left a bad review on Messenger, and even then, they weren't very helpful. I even asked for a refund, but got no answer. Overall, the customer service was really bad and not what I expected from a company that sells fancy products.
Ordered MoonRise case for Samsung S24 ultra
So, I ordered this really cool phone case from this one place, eh? But then I changed my mind and wanted to cancel my order because I went back to using an iPhone, you know? They were like "nope, gotta wait for it to arrive and then return it." It took forever for it to show up, and after a whole month, I finally got it, eh. I sent it back right away and even paid for the shipping myself. They said they got it and everything was all good, but it's been over a month and I still haven't got my money back yet. I tried reaching out to them, but no response. It's so frustrating, eh!

I got my mom a really nice phone case for her birthday, eh? But man, did it ever take forever to get here. I just got myself a Magez stand for my android tablet and let me tell you, I'm super impressed with it. The stand looks really sleek and modern, it makes my tablet look like it's floating in the air. The customer service was amazing too - they were really helpful when I needed a new magnet for my Samsung S8 Ultra. I actually ended up buying two of these stands because I was so happy with everything.

I bought this slim phone case back in 2018 for my new phone and it's still holding up great! I work in construction and I tend to drop my phone often, but this case has done a great job of keeping it safe. I recently upgraded my phone and got another case and car mount from the same company - the quality is still fantastic!

I bought a magnetic wallet case that was really good quality and did a great job protecting my phone. I liked that it was sleek and minimalist in design. But then I ran into a problem with the case and had to reach out to customer support for help. Unfortunately, they were slow to respond and not very helpful. They said they would give me a refund for the faulty product, but it's been over a month now and I still haven't received it. I ended up having to go to my bank and file a chargeback claim on my own. While the product itself was fine, the customer service was lacking and could definitely use some improvement.

I returned the case and they confirmed receiving it, but I still haven't seen my money back in my account. Seriously, what's taking so long!
Damaged item received
I just bought a phone case online and it arrived all messed up after waiting a whole week for it. When I contacted customer service, they told me I gotta pay to ship it back to who knows where. It's so annoying how they won't take any responsibility for sending me a messed up product. Now, I'm gonna ask my bank to do a chargeback.
Ultra 24 Moonrise Cover
I recently got the Ultra 24 Moonrise Cover and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good it looks and the quality of the case. It's super thin and sleek, so it's easy to just slide into my pocket without making it bulky. The fit is perfect and it gives great protection to my device while still looking minimalist. But, I was a bit let down by how long it took for my order to arrive. I was told it would come in a week because it was being shipped from the US, but it actually came from China and took a whole 2 weeks to get to me. That delay was frustrating, especially since I paid a decent price for it. If they have to ship from China, they should consider using a faster shipping service to give customers a better experience.
Received wrong case for my iPhone XsMax
I got this thing from the company thinking it was for my iPhone XsMax, but it turned out to be for an iPhone X instead. I contacted customer service to fix it, but they basically said tough luck because of Covid-19 delays and their return policy. They didn't offer much help and just told me to give the wrong product to someone else. I've been a loyal customer, so I was pretty surprised by their lack of care and understanding.
Good product, but terrible refund policy
At first, I thought the product I bought from this company was top-notch. But then I got pretty annoyed when I found out their return policy was basically a headache. They made it super hard to send stuff back, and they even offered me a discount to just keep the wrong item and buy another one. And on top of all that, I had to pay for the shipping to send back the mistake.
Hard to remove phone case
I got this phone case from the company and at first, I thought it was good quality, but then I found out it was so hard to take off. The instructions that came with it didn't help at all, and the Youtube videos were no better. I ended up having to break the case just to get it off, and that scratched my phone. When I asked for a refund, customer service wouldn't give me a new case for free and wanted me to buy another one. I didn't like that at all, bad customer service and the product wasn't good quality.
