I just bought a phone case online and it arrived all messed up after waiting a whole week for it. When I contacted customer service, they told me I gotta pay to ship it back to who knows where. It's so annoying how they won't take any responsibility for sending me a messed up product. Now, I'm gonna ask my bank to do a chargeback.
