So, I needed some software to make organograms and process maps for my organization. After looking around, I ended up buying the Lifetime version of the software. But when I started using it, I realized the predefined libraries didn't have the structures and shapes I needed. It was frustrating because the online version seemed to have everything I was looking for. If I had known this earlier, I would have picked a different software. All in all, it was a really disappointing experience.
