    Overpriced and unreliable delivery

    This company always lets me down with their delivery service that never seems to come on time and their customer service is just terrible. I keep asking for a different carrier but they keep choosing the cheapest one, causing me to miss packages and just get more frustrated. Their customer service, which doesn't even seem to be in-house, is no help at all. I'm really done with this company and I'm going to find a new one to support.

    I used to have a great experience with this company, eh, but lately it's been disappointing, ya know? I've been a loyal customer for years, but the quality and service have really gone downhill. My last order in December was a total disaster - three bags of nuts showed up covered in fungus or mildew. I reached out to customer service, and they only agreed to give me store credit for two bags. So now, I tried to order some candies and wanted to use my $28 store credit, eh, to help with the cost. But they told me I couldn't use it to get free shipping. I called customer service for help, and they just brushed it off, saying there was nothing they could do for me. Really disappointing, eh?

    I ordered a bunch of dried fruits and nuts from this company not too long ago, and you know what? It was a total let down. They said they had top-notch products, but honestly, I thought they tasted kinda meh and weren't all that fresh. Plus, I got hit with some surprise fees that they didn't mention when I was ordering, like seriously, a 20% charge for shipping that was supposed to be free? That's shady. I first checked them out for their wide range of nuts, dried fruits, baking stuff, and cooking gear. Even now that I'm closer to grocery stores, I still stick with them because I like the variety of stuff they have, plus the taste and convenience of getting everything sent straight to my door, ehh. I cook everything from scratch, so their products always meet my high standards.

    Mixed nuts and dried fruit

    Hey there, I've been a loyal customer for a while now. Last Friday I tried to order some mixed nuts and dried fruit, but for some reason, my order didn't go through. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me my order got wiped out and they couldn't find any record of it. The rep asked me to give her the items again so she could input the order manually. I was worried about a duplicate order, but she reassured me that if I got only one confirmation email, it meant only one order was placed.

    Unfortunately, on Tuesday I ended up getting that duplicate order I feared. When I tried to sort this out, the customer service team wasn't very helpful and insisted it was my fault for placing two orders. Even though I asked them to fix it, they wouldn't take back the extra order or refund me. They said a manager would call me to talk about it, but it's been two days and I haven't heard anything. I'm really let down by the lack of care and responsibility from the customer service team.

    Rancid deluxe mix purchase

    The fancy mix I got was just gross. It was really bad quality, I couldn't even eat it. I contacted customer service to get my money back, but all they gave me was store credit. Plus, I'd have to pay for shipping if I wanted to send it back. This isn't the kind of service you should get nowadays.     As someone who's been a loyal customer for a while now, I always appreciated the great service this company provided in the past. But my most recent order was a bit of a letdown. The chocolate covered raisins had way too much chocolate, so I couldn't even taste the raisins properly. And to top it off, some of them didn't even have any raisins! When I reached out to customer service by email, I heard back from a lady named Phoebe. Instead of the full refund they usually offer, I was only given a 50% credit this time. That was pretty disappointing, especially considering the issues with the product. They didn't even acknowledge the times when I received wrapped hard candy with nothing inside. So, with all these quality control problems and the unsatisfactory response from customer service, I've decided to stop supporting this company. I won't be recommending their products to my friends and family anymore after this recent experience.

    I've been a faithful customer of this company for some time now, but I was really let down by my recent purchase of a 5kg bag of Cashews. When I opened the bag, I found bugs all over it. I contacted customer service right away, but the responses I got were not helpful at all. The person I talked to even tried to blame me for the issue, which was not what I expected from a company I've been loyal to. When I reached out to customer service to ask about returning the products and getting a refund, it was a bad experience. One person named Kitty said I had to pay for the shipping to return the items and also an extra 20% of the product price for them to get rid of the chocolates. Another person, Abigail, just wanted to give me credit to buy more stuff instead of giving me my money back, which I didn't like. The different rules about refunds and the fact that they weren't willing to give me a refund really disappointed me. Overall, I had a bad experience with both the products and the customer service, so I won't be shopping on this site again.
