I've been using these products since my early 20s and now that I'm in my 60s. I first started using them because a professor recommended them to help with my adult acne. These products have been a key part of my skincare routine, especially the active phelityl soap which I use every day. And the intensive cream has become essential for keeping my face moisturized in the rough weather we get here in New England.

Mixed nuts and dried fruit
Hey there, I've been a loyal customer for a while now. Last Friday I tried to order some mixed nuts and dried fruit, but for some reason, my order didn't go through. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me my order got wiped out and they couldn't find any record of it. The rep asked me to give her the items again so she could input the order manually. I was worried about a duplicate order, but she reassured me that if I got only one confirmation email, it meant only one order was placed.
Unfortunately, on Tuesday I ended up getting that duplicate order I feared. When I tried to sort this out, the customer service team wasn't very helpful and insisted it was my fault for placing two orders. Even though I asked them to fix it, they wouldn't take back the extra order or refund me. They said a manager would call me to talk about it, but it's been two days and I haven't heard anything. I'm really let down by the lack of care and responsibility from the customer service team.Review about: MPB

Tocco 2 Pro AG boots
The whole buying and receiving process was super easy and smooth. The boots looked really cool and the k-leather was soft and high quality. But, gotta say, I was kinda let down by the product. The heel and collar were way too loose, the boots felt heavy, the insole was slippery, and the sole was just too stiff. In the end, I decided to return the order because of all these issues.
